Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies. Work is not happening on this balcony but there may be noise and dust from work on the complex.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.
We apologize for the inconvenience as the HOA works to complete these necessary repairs

We have two guest rooms: the first has queen-size and XL-twin-size beds, and the second has a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. Our couch doubles as a pull-out sofa bed if you need extra room. You'll be happy to know our beachfront vacation condo boasts 3 bathrooms, too! There will be no waiting in line in the morning while you rush to the sand. While you're here, you'll enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and living spaces. Our kitchen has full-size appliances so you can feed the crowd, the dining area and bar seat up to 10 people, and our living room has a large, flat-screen TV to gather around. If you and your large group need space, our condo is right for you. Make yourself at home!

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
