Great location, very clean, and easy check in with good parking. We did not realize there were so many steps to get up to town house but we did fine. The locks on the doors going out to the decks were hard to lock and unlock. All and all we enjoyed our stay! Loved South Padre Island so much!

Great location

Wish there were pool lounge chairs to sit and relax The pool was shaded the entire stay which was a bummer. Place was nice and beds were so comfy.

Wonderful beach vacation

We loved our time at the beach! The condo is just down the street from the beach, shopping, and gravity park. We loved that it’s on the second and third floors so there was no one above us to make noise. Will book it again for our next trip.

Very pleasant stay!!

Great location, well taken care of, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well stocked, and everything we were looking for, for our vacation. It's unanimous with the family we'd stay there again if available. Would like to send out a special thanks to the folks that are the boots on the ground cleaning and doing set up, their attention to detail is 2nd to none. Great job!!! Thank you all!!

Nice Rental

This was a nice rental. Everything was clean and as expected from the listing. The beds were all very comfortable! And I really appreciate ceiling fans that work but do not make any extra noises, and this was the case in all three bedrooms. No complaints.

Amazing Vacation

Everyone is excited with planning a family vacation in winter and day dreaming how great it is going to be. But reality starts to creep in the closer it gets and you start to hope that your rental is as good as advertised. Well this one is! Super clean, great location, and it was very spacious. Very easy to walk to anything you want. The unit had no hot or cold spots with keeping the temperature very easily. Will definitely be renting this unit again.

Awesome Texas family vacay!!!

The stay in the condo was very comfortable and a very convenient location! It was clean and nice foe our family of 5 to be able to have our own space after a fun and busy day of family time.

Condo was great, beach was close. Pool was moldy and had uncovered drains. Vacasa customer service was not good. You can find this condo on other sites. I recommend booking through another company.

We enjoyed our stay! We got a work out with three flights of stairs but the condo was very clean and nicely decorated and the beds were so comfy! It had everything we needed and was private and quiet!

More than expected

It was the lowest priced found, the cleaning fee added up with stay a little under 400, wish check out was a little later or check in a Lil earlier but the place was amazing. Double floors two rooms upstairs, one room and living/kitchen down stairs, spacious, beautiful bathrooms, extremely clean, parents loved it which never happens. Walking distance to the beach and across from Gravity park, definitely will recommend and will be back

Very nice, spacious, and very clean. Good price (a little excessive on the fees. The fees were almost 40% of the tab) All the amenities. Would rent again and again. Improvement: Strengthen the network signal. It was very weak. Other than that, I would DEFINITELY recommend

Bad description - I couldn't use the property

The write-up and pictures on the listing did not include the fact that a flight of stairs is required to enter. One of my party is disabled and couldn't get in the property. Still waiting for a promised call from Vacasa(owner) about a refund. We didn't use the property.

We loved everything about this place, we had trouble at first getting in. I'd recommend they change the instructions to access the first door. The padlock on the fence no longer opens and isn't needed.

Great location and lots of room

Spent 2 weeks at this rental and it was so comfortable for our family of 5. Booked it on very short notice when our VRBO rental got sold within 2 weeks of our planned vacation and could not honor our reservation.There were no reviews on this property yet at the time I booked it, so I took a chance hoped for the best. It was just perfect. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own TV's, as well as one in each of the 2 sitting areas. Hot tub was appreciated after long days walking the beach. Loved our stay here

Super clean & nice plus perfect location.

The condo was especially clean. Smells good and looks fabulous. The beds are very comfortable. Water views from both balconies. The condo is located right in between the beach and the entertainment district. Short, easy walk to fun activities in either direction.
