When the day heats up, head out to the shared pool for a day of lounging in the sun or make your way to the sand for some sandy toes and crashing waves. Step inside to an open concept living area with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV and tile flooring throughout. Equipped with a full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops, as well as a breakfast bar, the chef of the group will be able to whip up special meals with ease while still being part of the fun! If you want to stay outside when dinner comes around, fire up the shared gas grill and have a cookout by the pool.

The City of South Padre Island is having Construction on Lantana St. that may cause dust, loud noise, or no entry to the street* This will begin on or around April 29. We do not have an end date for construction.
This home is in an unbeatable location close to South Padre Boulevard, where you will be within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, souvenir shops and a local grocery store. Plan a day full of island activities at places like Gravity Park and Three Flags Over Padre, or plan a fishing excursion out in the open water! And be sure to stop and have lunch or dinner at Senior Donkey for some local Tex-Mex cuisine.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
