Wonderful Support Staff

My friend that I rented the condo for was elderly and unable to operate electronic door code and got locked out at almost 5pm on a hot and busy Friday. We called our hosts and they sent maintenance right over to provide a physical key and dismantle electronic lock. Weekend was saved. Unit was very clean and looked like the pictures.

Average Stay

The property was nice and checking is was not as one would imagine. Checked in at the Tiki but they told you to go la cops to pick up the keys. Why would The Tiki have the code to the door or just have the key. So had to call La Copa and they said The Tiki would call with the code. Well no one ever did. Checked my email ten minutes later to see the code to open the door. They once in the thermostat was half off the wall and I had to fix them in order to get it working. The siding doors didn’t work and the shower doors didn’t close with ease. Did want to force it not knowing if I would get my deposit back. Besides all that the location and property was great.

Kudos to Condos by Tiki

This was our first time renting a condo and we really enjoyed it. The location was excellent, we were near everything we needed. Security was on point! A Few Days Away

The property was nice and clean. It was close to the beach. We were able to bring our dogs, which was nice. The biggest issue we had was the uncomfortable couch/futon. The back was short which made it uncomfortable. That was the biggest issue we had with the property.

Loved and would go again!! Local action that so close!!!!

It’s our fault with the checkin process as it’s a different/sister property, but ended up working out for our change of plans. I recommend “read the instructions!”, but it was unusual. Tiki employees were beyond helpful! Bring your towels!!! We did so it was all good and it took us the 2nd day to realize you can rent 2 loungers and an umbrella (look for the red umbrellas and they’ll help). Loved and will stay again!!!

My main complaint would be the lack of lamps. Only source is overhead. Would be nice to have Alamo in bedroom for reading. The place was well furnished. Had a well stocked kitchen.

Won't stay again

All furniture was very uncomfortable except the bed. Called to have futon replaced with a couch and have a kitchen plug in the sink to do dishes several times, our calls were ignored. There were bugs. The pool was taken over by exercise ladies everyday as well as all the chairs (put their towels on them). Exterior lighting was so poor I went in the wrong condo one night. Furnace was so load you had to turn the TV up and woke you up in the night.

Cozy condo. Well maintained. Easy easy access to the beach. La Copa, the hotel that facilitates management, was very simple to deal with and accommodating. We'll stay here again.

An overall wonderful getaway

Check in was a little more complicated than others just because we had to check in at 2 locations. Handicap parking permits weren’t enforced so we couldn’t access spots. AC didn’t work and we had to wait for maintenance to fix. Everything else was wonderful!
