We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. The pool was nice and the beach was close by. The apartment was beautiful and very clean.

Wonderful home!

I’ve been to South Padre Island many times, and this is my favorite place that I’ve stayed! The condo was very clean and spacious, and we loved having a view of the ocean and access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Bonus Space X launch!

Great weekend, easy check in and out, and we got to see Space X launch- quite unplanned, but quite a bonus.

Loved the Hot tub, pool beach and beautiful views of the Ocean from inside the condo and from the patio area outside of condo. Space X launch and return was spectacular!!

Spring Break 2021

We had a fantastic visit to South Padre. This condo was clean, centrally located, and exactly as described. The only issue we had was with the electronic locks when we were first arrived. It was handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway.

This place is for a young and energetic family since it has up stairs. Me and husband seniors so getting upstairs was difficult but we managed. We had a blast its close to walking distance to beach and stores around the building are close enough to walk without driving unless you're going to buy a lot of things like my sister and niece then you need a wagon or car to drive. The place is very clean has everything you need except food. We loved the time we spent there and would go back again. Great friendly staff and great getaway. The views were.amazing from this room enough to forget all your worries and problems we're going through. I didn't think about them once while looking at the beautiful beach view.

Nice condo with a view

We had a very nice time at this condo. It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool a lot and we didn't have far to go to get to the beach. We really liked the pathway they had to the beach. The only thing they said they had was a ping pong table on the 2nd floor but when my kids went looking for it they couldn't find it but maybe that was because of Covid. We would stay there again.

Very poorly kept and dirty

Had to wash dishes, bath mats, bed linens, and remove one of the pillows due to stinking, dirty, and blood spots. After 2nd night both hubby and I were getting bites and were itching so washed all bedding and sprayed mattresses with lysol. No problems after that. The dishes were nasty as were the kitchen towels. The toilets would not flush well, sometimes had to use plunger so it would not overflow. The kitchen sink had a disposal, when we used it (lettuce, tomato ends) it backed up and had to plunge it also, once it pushed some nasty food back up into the sink. Had to vaccum carpets as they were nasty. When I went to use dryer checked vent to clean and it was so packed full it is a wonder it hadn't caught fire. There are not supposed to be kids in the hot tub but every day it was full of kids jumping and diving in it. There is not supposed to be dogs but had to listen to them barking all hours day and night. Had a cold snap while there and heater did not work, contacted onsite personnel early morning, guy showed up around 6pm to fix (wire for heat was never connected), he said should have called earlier cuz he wasn't doing anything but sitting around watching. Security exit gate is always open and entrance is left open at times. Witnessed people come in to use pool and hot tub then get in vehicles and leave, not very secure. Also have to be aware of the blinds and neighbors, you can see right thru blinds and one neighbor kept watching us and had a camera. We have been to South Padre many times but first time at this place, will not stay again.

Moms and kids had a great week

We had a great week here with immediate responses/remedies from small concerns within the condo. Comfortable beds which accommodated our group. Adequate kitchen for mostly home cooked meals during our stay. Kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach. A really nice visit!

Family Vacation

Overall, we had a great experience. The accommodations were really nice and it worked great for a family of 4 to enjoy a week’s vacation. The mattresses weren’t the greatest but they worked just fine for us. You certainly can’t expect a property owner to furnish 5 star beds in a place that sees some heavy use during spring break and and peak summer season. Some people just don’t treat these properties as their own sometimes, which is a shame. The pool was fantastic and beach access was very convenient. Property location was about perfect. Close to some very nice restaurants.

Perfect place for family getaway

The condo was amazing! Perfect size and perfect location! Only thing was there was no hot water in the kitchen which I found odd. Everything else was awesome! Would definitely stay at this location again!
