Beach view was just as indicated. Everything you could need was available. Check in was simple and the host communication was great. This was the a great place to stay. I will definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect in every way! It was very clean and delightfully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with a great view of the Gulf. Watching the sunrise with Coffee on the balcony was a special treat. The kitchen was great also. Everything was top notch. Karen has thought of everything. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were also very much appreciated. Last, but not least is that Karen was extremely responsive and made sure that I had made it into the condo easily with very clear directions. She made the whole process very easyEverything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is our second year, fantastic place, hope to be back again next spring! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay. Balcony is a favorite spot for sure! Easy walk or bus ride to everything island has to offer.

The view from the balcony was great. The condo is very clean, stuffed with everything you might need for cooking and beach. All appliances worked just fine. We liked the heated pool in the courtyard. The hostess is one of the best I had , and I used Virbo for years. Karen is easy-going, quick to respond and goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests.

We've stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it. But we got off to a rough start as there was a miscommunication between the owner and her cleaning staff. We got a text telling us that the condo would be available at 1:30 but when we arrived at 4pm it had not been cleaned. A text to Karen put things in motion immediately and her staff had it cleaned in a few hours. It was a Sunday and they drove from Brownsville.Karen very graciously discounted our charge by one night. We had our dog with us and were able to find a restaurant nearby where she could sit on the deck with us. We will definitely stay there again.

Thank you for opening up your condo. The view of the ocean was breath taking. We enjoyed the amenities in the closet on the beach. There was so much to do and see. I would recommend to everyone who stays here to rent a bike and ride it on the beach, what an experience.

The host was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The condo was just right for my husband and I and allowed us a very private vacation, often we had the pool to ourselves and an amazing view of the beach every day.

Can’t beat the location—always clean and nicely appointed. TIki condos are safe and clean also as a location. Best place to stay in SPI we are repeat visitors to Karen’s condo. Highly recommend. This time we used the telescope to look at the stunning Harvest full moon as it rose over the Gulf

Perfect condo with views that can't be beat and a host that responds very quickly on everything. The beach is right there with also rentals for umbrellas/chairs and outdoor bars close by for absolute convenience. Plus, it just a short walk to access that part of the beach for those who just want to be alone with the sand and waves. Our second time at the condo and won't be our last.

What a wonderful place for a getaway! It’s by far my favorite spot now! Everything was just perfect! Condo is spotless, has everything from towels to utensils to beach supplies! And great host Karen! She has such a beautiful soul and I felt I have known her my whole life! Thanks so much we will definitely be back!
