The A/C on the first floor did not work on our 3rd night. Was notified internet was down prior to arrival. Technician had to be called and modem had to be replaced on day 2. They were unable to assistance any further as an application had to be unloaded. We had to work with Scott that evening to set up the internet. Come to find out there was no cable available and only having internet service requiring to access our personal services to view. The house was beautiful with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The refrigerator on the first floor was not appealing. The decor on the first floor was totally different from the rest of the house. The TV on the biggest master did not work. Some of the bedroom doors were in the closets and not on hinges. Having a tankless water heater was not convenient for such a big house that accommodates a large group.
