They are super rude. They don’t respect you and your life emergency. They are emotion less people. They didn’t help me out canceling my booking neither change the dates when my father in law was in hospital. Manager is super rude. They don’t tell you the name. They hang up on you instead of listening. Life event can happen and can can to anyone. All I ask is to cancel or change dates right after half an hr booking my vacation. Instead of helping they Are if we are able to book our room then you will get your refund unless you don’t. I lost my $ 800. They didn’t refund Half of them. Super mean no matter what ho you talk with. They all were saying we don’t care about any life event We have to follow our policy. And then next day when I called to check on if my room was booked or not. They didn’t even bother to answer. They hang up after saying this we are super busy booking customer so we can’t help you right now and after they block my number.

Good value. Rather outdated condo. Door needs upgrade. Showers need upgrade. Was very clean though. Staff very very helpful. Daisy very responsive to my texts. Overall a very good experience

Nice and spacious, close to beach

We had a fabulous stay here! Spacious, clean condo for our family of 4. Location was superb. It an easy walk to the beach and we walked to a few restaurants too! Small, secure community, easy parking. 2 bed/ 2 bath, big kitchen, laundry, balcony made for a perfect and comfortable stay at the beach with 2 teenagers! I plan to choose this condo complex next time we visit South Padre

Great place to stay, lots of room!

Great location, would stay there again! I took my family (6) and there was plenty of room for everyone, the balcony was great! The kitchen was well stocked! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

The beach is just accross the street and boomerangs is a block away it was perfect since I had a volleyball tournament there and three blocks are the nightclubs perfect locatikn

Nos tocó la habitación 301, terrible. Para empezar, en un 3er piso, nada accesible para personas con dificultades motrices y de la 3era edad. El lugar aceptable, pero tenía muchos defectos. Microondas roto, sillas rotas, puertas que no se pueden abrir, las regaderas no tienen para poner los jabones (todo en el piso); la regadera de la habitación principal se inunda y le ponen una escobilla rota para empujar el agua. No hay tapetes para baño y los que se encuentran en el área de la terraza asquerosos. Pésima comunicación con la oficina, no te mandan la información sobre el check-in a tiempo, hasta dos horas antes de la entrada. Para el check-out, te piden que laves toda la ropa usada "para reducir la carga de trabajo al personal de limpieza." Definitivamente una decepción, no lo recomiendo ni vuelvo a reservar. Un precio de reservación muy alto para el valor de la experiencia.
