If I were to just rate the physical location is was fine. It had limited items to use for cooking/baking. There was also limited space to store groceries too for 44 days. The living room furniture was not comfortable either. The most irritating thing was when we would call for help/questions, someone would answer and tell us they would get back with us and then it would be either me calling them back or it would be a few days later when they’d call back. We had an issue with the upstairs shower. When we called to get it fixed, they said they’d send someone right over and to wait for them. They didn’t show up until like a day later and that’s because I had to call again. They eventually came and thought they had fixed it. When we called to let them know it was not fixed, they said they would send someone right over. They never showed up. It was very frustrating for us to try and wait for them and they wouldn’t show up. The beds were just mattresses-no box springs so no support. I got this place because it was advertised as having a heated pool. The pool was not heated. When I called about this, they told me I’d have to pay 25/day to have it heated. I told them it was in the contract that it was going to be heated to 88 degrees while we were there. I was then told that the owner had meant to take that out of the advertisement but hadn’t done it yet. I asked for compensation (25/day that they wanted to charge me). I was ignored. When we left, it was still advertised as heated.
