Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop

4/5 Bueno
"The location is great and probably that's the highlight. The hotel is overall good, not excellent for a few reasons. There are ice machines in every floor, not all of them work. The elevator shaft makes strange metallic noises that are heard and felt in rooms close to it. Bed pillows are horrible; one is too soft and the other is rock solid. And, you have to tell front-desk personnel to refill bathroom amenities because apparently housekeeping does not check them. All these might be minor details if it was a cheaper hotel, but the price tag on this one is high and doesn't feel you really get what you pay for."
