The unit was spacious and in a good location. Fairly easy walk, with gear, to the gondola. The low rating is due to the property management company, they were terrible to work with. I booked through Vrbo, then the property management company contacted me separately and made me fill out a bunch of extra forms which totally defeating the purpose of booking through Vrbo. They kept calling and leaving voicemails but would never answer when I called back. Took days to connect. Then in the week leading up to arrival I kept getting emails about getting discounts for coming early. On the day of arrival I called to see if we could access the property a little early since I knew there wasn’t another stay before us. We were about 2hrs early, nothing crazy. They said no because the property hadn’t been cleaned. I asked a question about the door code they wouldn’t answer a simple question, just told me to refer to the email. I was told to text them an hour ahead and check again. I did and they ghosted me. We sat at the property for two hours, no one ever showed up to clean, it had clearly already been done. Again, the unit was nice but we won’t stay at another property managed by this company, they ruined it.
