What an extraordinary place to stay! Right on the lake-so very gorgeous! Also super easy to get to the Heavenly gondola--we just jumped on the bus for a 10-minute ride! Would definitely stay here again, in any season!

We had a fantastic time. The property is absolutely beautiful and the property manager was so responsive immediately to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the proximity to incredible hiking. We also enjoyed being right on the water and enjoyed daily dips in the lake- very refreshing! The kitchen was very well appointed with high quality appliances. And the pillows on the king bed were the most comfortable I’ve ever had! At first the parking was a challenge with our large suv, but we figured that out after the first day. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a beautiful property… Inside and out! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The whole living space was awesome. The view of the lake was incredible. Not one negative. Thank you so much!

Beyond the obvious beauty and amazing location of this property, the property managers were incredible and constantly checking in! We’re already looking when we can come back again soon!

View of a lifetime

I can't express enough how wonderful this home is. Our host was so professional and helpful in our last minute booking. The onsite manager was delightful, so welcoming and always asked how we were and if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. We have stayed in South Lake many years and the Rubicon 11 was an experience like none other. If you get the opportunity, please book with RNR vacation properties.

Southlake Tahoe Stunning Views

I can’t say enough about this Accommodation. The boutique development is right in the heart of Southlake Tahoe, convenient to everything. The views are stunning. The check-in accommodations and communications From the property manager are unparalleled. The home is beautifully furnished and absolutely everything worked. I There’s nothing to love about this home!

Great time! Overall. Mgmt responsive fixing outlets in master not working/grill igniter not working. Master bed needs work… body depressions on sides… loud young kids running around upstairs early am. Still hard to beat Tahoe

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Does not accommodate 6 adults. One bedroom had two very small twin beds which were only fit for toddlers. The other bed in the main room was so old that it was creaking every time you rolled over. Jeez...update your furniture if you are going to charge that much $$$$. Check out is beyond early.

Reviewer Comments: No kitchen towels, upper oven did not work correctly, can opener was broken and we had to borrow from a neighbor, lighting in the master bathroom was dim, the master bathroom toilet was too small and the toilet paper stand kept falling down, sinks in all the bathrooms clogged up, not enough place mats for the dining table, no cupboards were available for store bought food and the pull out pantry was a joke. We couldn't tell what was in the containers. Not our definition of a luxury rental.

It's just a 5 minute drive to Heavenly where all the shops and restaurants are, there's a gas station and Safeway just across the street, beach is 1 minute away, bike rentals and bike path is also right outside the complex. The most amazing thing is still the view and direct access to the lake. Sunsets are 😍 The property management is also 10/10, they were constantly in touch and provided us with everything any might need

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I wish I could rent all the places we stay through RnR. They were quick to respond and on top of everything. Dan the property manager was so nice and friendly was on top of everything he made us feel right at home. Our unit was CLEAN and comfortable. We cooked in the whole time except for lunch as we were out exploring and hiking. We had almost a foot of snow the day we arrived and it was so beautiful on the lake. Our most favorite part of the house was the STEAM shower. This got the most use by far. We now want to put one in our home. Thank you so much for sharing this home. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here. Thank you RnR for being on top of everything. No issues at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property in an optimal location. Everything is within walking distance and the views are unbeatable. The property itself is kept to pristine standards and the property management company has some of the best customer service I've encountered as a renter. The home is fully stocked and has a great open lay out. In addition, each room has their own full bathroom. We had a few, very minor, questions which were all answered immediately, regardless of office hours. The garage did not fit our Denali XL, however, they were very clear about that from the beginning and parking is not an issue. Lastly, they are family friendly and offer Pack n plays as well as high chairs, at an additional cost. In my experience, this has always been a complimentary offer, but, it was a minimal cost (70$ for the week). 10/10 would recommend!

This townhome is luxurious and sparking clean with a great view of Lake Tahoe across the green lawn. We rented through RnR Vacation Rentals and felt very supported by their professional approach to their guests.

A drive around the lake is a must as well as the MS Dixie boat tour. We also enjoyed going to Virginia City and seeing the towns people dressed up.
