Quiet, great location just minutes from Mayflower Beach, great patio with firepit. One member had to work remotely a couple of days and the office space was perfect and private. Outdoor shower was a plus. Plenty of hot water.

Perfect week in Dennis! The home has more space than expected. Or son had to work remotely for a few days and the room off the kitchen was perfect with the desk area and door for privacy. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable with beautiful furniture and fire pit. Loved the outdoor shower!

Great house and location.

Stayed with my wife and two young children. Great location near beaches and restaurants. My daughter loved the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

We had a great 3 night stay! It was convenient to where we needed to be traveling, quiet neighborhood, quick drive to the beach, and plenty big enough for our family of 4. Communicating with the owner was easy with quick responses. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing! Great room, very clean and centralto everything you can do on the cape. Mr Steinkrauss is also an excellent communicator and made sure to make our family feel as close to home as possible on the cape. 10/10, would stay again and i highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful spot with that northeastern feel to look very closely at this!

4th of July week

We stayed for the very busy cape week of July 4. Walter, the host, was very accommodating and flexible with our requested dates to stay. His communication was exceptional and even got into the home a few hours early. The location was perfect for us; close to Dennis beaches and our friends and family in Brewster. Would highly recommend and will definitely be interested in renting in the future. A location, house and host.

Memorial Day weekend stay

This is our second time renting this property. It’s the perfect size for our family and centrally located to so many great things to do on Cape Cod. Walter has great communication before you arrive. We would definitely recommend renting this house!

Great place to stay in Dennis

Walter's house was exactly as described - perfect location for the glorious beaches there as well as getting to the highway, shops etc. The house has everything with an excellent outside area - and good AC! Communication with Walter was excellent, and he came in person to help out with an issue. Highly recommended!
