Enjoy this contemporary Chatham home comfortably accommodating 6 just minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, for great cycling and 1 mile to the beautiful beaches on Nantucket Sound. The first level of the home features a sunny kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, separate dining area, living room with 28" TV, and a bedroom suite with a full-sized bed and bathroom. The second level has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with two twins. The second floor also features a full bathroom. Throughout the home are great amenities like WiFi, A/C units, and Cable TV as well as an enclosed outdoor shower! The exterior of the home offers a lofty deck complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, overlooking the wooded privacy of an undeveloped area.
An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. and a Cleaning Fee. 4 night minimums available! Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Beautiful stay

Very well taken care of property. We had absolutely everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable rooms and AC units in the bedrooms. Very nice deck and outdoor shower made the stay even more enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sack. Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away
