The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and entertaining, boasting luxury vinyl plank flooring, GE Café appliances, custom cabinetry, and upgraded moulding throughout. Flooring is laminated vinyl plank. All furniture, supplies, towels....everything inside is NEW as of June 2025.. Temporary new sofa bed will be replaced with custom leather sofa bed TBD (Aug/Sept)....its handcrafted so its coming....Walk .75 miles to Stadium & Notre DAme. 1/2 mile to Eddy Commons (food/retail/entertainment = Fun!)

This property was exceptional. Communication with the owner was great - always a quick response. The property was spotless, had everything you would need and we all loved the homage paid to Notre Dame. The decor, cups, and books were all in the theme. We also loved the location. An easy walk to both downtown and to Notre Dame (about 20 min). And to top it off the Irish won their game we watched! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others.
