~ABOUT THE HOUSE~
5 bedrooms and THREE full bathrooms. More than 2 full baths this close to ND campus is rare! If you have a bigger group it makes a big difference to have 3 showers instead of 2 when everyone is getting ready in the morning.
Completely renovated in 2014. You will enjoy 3000 sq. ft. of gathering spaces, tastefully decorated bed and bathrooms, backyard and deck w/ gas grill. This home is tailored to host group travel of all kinds.. families, friends, and business trips.
-THE LIVING SPACES-
A large, open concept great room is the ideal space for entertaining, cooking, eating, and watching TV on the big screen. You ll look forward to waking up and making coffee in our fully stocked coffee bar. We have options for every kind of coffee drinker...Keurig machine, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press, bean grinder, hot water kettle, coffee grounds, whole beans, flavored creamers, milk, sugar, and spices.
For those that want space away from the main room, a cozy living room awaits with a comfy couch and plenty of blankets to curl up and read a book or watch cable TV on the 55" flat screen. A lower level walk out basement equipped with a wet bar features a 3rd living room space outfitted with two 50" flatscreen Cable TVs - you won t miss any sports action - watch multiple games at once - 150+ channels!

*Master Bedroom: New king bed, 2 bedside lamps w/ built in USB ports for easy device charging, and large walk in closet. Beautiful built-ins with sitting area and 43" flat screen w/ Netflix. En suite dual sink bathroom.
*Main Level Bedroom #2 - NEW KING bed purchased on March 2020, 2 bedside lamps w/ built in power source for easy device charging, 39" TV w/ Netflix.
*Main Level Bedroom #3 - NEW bunk beds and mattresses purchased March 2020 - twin over full size & twin over twin beds, bedside lamp w/ built in USB for easy device charging, 32" TV w/ Netflix. Up to 5 people can sleep in this room.
*Lower Level Walk Out Basement: Bedroom #4 - queen bed, 2 bedside lamps w/ built in power source for easy device charging, 32" TV w/ Netflix.
*Lower Level Walk Out Basement: Bedroom #5 - queen bed, bedside lamp w/ built in power source for easy device charging, 40" TV w/ Netflix.
~GUEST ACCESS~
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard patio, garage, driveway, and 2 additional on property parking spots. The property can park 5-6 vehicles. As the neighborhood is so close to campus, street parking is not permitted on football game Saturdays. Luckily, you will have plenty of parking right on our property!
~ABOUT THE HOSTS~
My partner and co-host, Janeli Bitor and I traveled around the world for 365 consecutive days. We stayed at over 50 rental properties along with some of the world’s finest 5 star hotels (thanks to hotel points). We are taking all the knowledge we learned over the course of a year as customers of the travel hospitality industry and applying it to hosting our rental property. ~THE NEIGHBORHOOD~
Wooded Estates is one of the few residential areas which directly border the campus of Notre Dame. As close as you will be to the action of an ND event, the neighborhood is a quiet oasis filled with mature trees and walk able streets. WALKING distance highlights include: Notre Dame Stadium (20-25 min), Eddy Street Commons (20 min.), Purcell Pavilion (20 min), Compton Family Ice Arena (10-15 min.), The LineBacker (7 min), Belmont Beverage Liquor Store (7 min), Starbucks, Parisis Restaurant, and Martins Super Market. If you don't want to walk all of these places are an easy 5 minute drive or less.
