A great campsite

Only 2 nights spent at La Paille Basse but it was really lovely. Would happily come back here. The team running the place were really friendly, the property well looked after and the accommodation as expected.

I didn’t realize that this hotel had the craziest check in hours I have ever experienced. They close at 5pm. I arrived at 7pm and found nothing open. I called them and no answer. I was never contacted by the hotel. Even after emailing the hotel, I still never got a message back. I contacted Expedia and they would not help. They contacted the hotel and didn’t get any response either. I was charged for two days and never given the chance to cancel. Then I started reading more about this place. Apparently you need to pay extra for everything, even towels, bedsheets, pillows. This hotel shouldn’t be allowed on Expedia.

Calme et bien situé

Le cadre du camping est superbe, mobile home récent et bien entretenu. Bonne organisation du personnel, accueil sympa, personnel agréable et souriant. Nombreuses activités aux alentours, bonne emplacement au milieu de la forêt au calme. Seul bémol pas de réseau wifi et la 3G passe très mal. Nous n’avons pas pu joindre téléphoner à notre entourage ce qui est dommage pour un si bel endroit. Obligé de devoir se déplacer à Souillac pour téléphoner. A voir dans l’avenir si des efforts sont fait concernant le réseau dans la mesure du possible bien sûr.

Un très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au Domaine de la Paille Basse, en mobil-home. Notre logement était très confortable, propre. Nous avons pu profiter des piscines, qui sont très agréables (le seul bémol réside dans le fait que seul le petit bassin était chauffé). Le cadre était magnifique, au sommet d'une colline. les amateurs de vieilles pierres seront charmés. A découvrir !

Très bon camping au milieu de la forêt. Bungalow impeccable, eau chaude au top. Il manque juste une passoire pour les pâtes et le riz, le reste est complet. Dans la zone où nous étions, le portable ne passe pas du tout mais ce n'est pas la faute du camping. Heureusement, la wifi passe très bien. Je recommande à 100%.
