Close to the pretty little bay of Liopetriou, it offers you everything you need to soak your cares away. Situated at the end of a road in a quiet cul de sac, the house is bordered with planted hedges and palm trees. Relax and unwind in the two outdoor sofa areas, surrounded by a colourful, tropical garden, listening to the sound of bird song.
The interior of the villa has a spacious open plan compromising of living room and kitchen, with patio door leading to the pool area. . There is a two and three seater sofa to watch tv and there is also a dining table which comfortably sits six persons. To the side of the living area, you will find a shower room.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the facilities and items you require to prepare your family meals.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The rooms share a family bathroom.
Other features include a private 8 x 4 swimming pool with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine, BBQ's and outdoor living .

Great house, well equipped.
Very nice villa with a great pool with quiet neighbours (but you can hear the nearby motorway at night) The kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine were brand new. We really enjoyed our stay.
