Welcome to Palma Real, a charming 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa located just outside the City Center in
a quiet gated community but within walking distance to the City Center, Playa Sosua, restaurants, bars
and so much more! Recently remodeled the home is in top shape with brand new furniture! The home
comes with a community swimming pool and multiple fruit trees! Enjoy freshly picked avocados,
bananas, coconuts, cherry’s, cacao (chocolate), Malay apple and Ceylon gooseberry’s while in season!
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The owner never really got in contact with us even though we tried multiple times and ways (message via VRBO website, text message, hung up when calling). They did also never react to contact attempts of the VRBO staff (claimed not to speak English but didn’t react to emails either). We never received any specific information of the exact location and how to enter the property. Finally the VRBO staff had to cancel the booking last minute and we had to look for a different place. I highly discourage anybody from booking this property.
