This hotel is the perfect place for a Sorrento vacation. The location is hard to beat because you are steps away from all the shopping and restaurant. The port is only a 10 minute walk away and a great jumping point for Capri or other tours. Staff was incredible. They made us feel very welcomed and were able to help with restaurant suggestions and other stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered was decent, although I encountered a couple of issues that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, I was charged for a coffee after I missed breakfast, despite it only being 1 euro. While it's a small amount, I felt it was unnecessary and disappointing. Additionally, I was approached with an offer to purchase a ferry ticket to the Amalfi Coast, but the hotel charged an extra 10 euros compared to what I could have paid at the harbor. They collected the 10 euro cash without mentioning that it was non-refundable, which left me feeling uneasy about their transparency. Overall, while the hotel had many positive aspects, these issues affected my trust in their honesty, which is more important than the money itself. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Amazing hotel!

I had a great stay. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the location. Breakfast is served at 7:30am but they will have food out early for you if you have an early morning excursion. Right next to a lovely restaurant and a supermarket with good prices. The service and condition of the hotel and room was great. They also have an elevator so it is accessible. The location of the hotel is on adjacent street to the Main Street. Only issue was that you only get 1 key.

The staff was lovely. The location is easy for taxi drop offs without too long of a walk to the hotel. My main issue was that there were ants coming inside due to a crack in the wall near the balcony door. This resulted in ants infesting one of my bags. I kept the bag off the ground, but ants crawled up the furniture and entered my bag. I ended up throwing away around $200 worth of clothes because I didn’t want to risk ants getting in my other bag.

This hotel is so charming and very well located. Only thing is that we were right next to a street that has a market and every morning we could hear them loading stuff, the noise at 7am when vacation is not fun. But the staff is amazing! The breakfast was delicious! AC was working fine the 6 days we stayed there. Has a small elevator and hot water. A little gem right in the heart of Sorrento!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our first time in Sorrento. It was a quick 10 minute walk from the train station and everything you needed in the city was no more than a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was small but each item was delicious (and fresh, a bakery delivered the pastries that morning and the staff was cooking as we were eating), the staff was so kind and always available to answer questions, and the rooms were so cute! My only complaint was that the walls in the room were thin, we could hear the bustling street and other guests within the hotel. Thankfully, that’s not a big problem for me and my partner, but it’s worth a mention for those who are affected by this. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is tucked away in an alley a few steps from Corso Italia and with a supermarket next door the location is convenient. Room was small (which we expected) but very clean and brightly decorated. The breakfast was amazing - eggs, fresh cheeses and meats and delicious pastries. Carla at the front desk was a great hostess. The only down fall is the noise from Corso Italia but the blackout blinds help with the light and the noise.

Great location just off the vibrant Corso Italia where all the shops, restaurants , and fun bars are concentrated. the rooms are very nice and renovated in a blue Mediterranean sea/ Greek isles kind of theme. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Balconies overlokking a busy little alley that bustlesw foot traffic from the train station (great people watching from the balc w an aperil spritz). Fantastic service from start to finish. The entire staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast (included) was fatastic! great cappuccino along with a large selection of eggs, meats, cheezes, fresh fruits, cakes, pastries, etc... and the lovely ladies there that see to the breakfast there were just wonderful! bwe dined a few times in the courtyard overlooking a grove of lemon trees next door and another on our balcony. It was a great stay and we will positively be back. Thank you for everything.

Excellent hotel

Fantastic hotel just slightly tucked away down an alley and just steps away from the main center where there are plenty of gift shops, cafes, gelato shops, bars & restaurants! The hotel decor is colorful & bright. Just a short walk to a dedicated Taxi location. A lovely grocery store right next door. The hotel does require a step up upon entrance & 3 steps to enter the small check in area. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Giovanna & Carla - a true asset to this gem of a hotel! To top it off- Teresa bakes some of the pasteries right on the hotel site! Divine!! She also makes a wonderful cup of cappacino - all done with heart, love & a smile! She clearly loves her work! The beds are very comfortable and the room size was adequate with a small but enjoyable balcony . The bed room and bath room lighting was bright and plenty of lighting options. A very clean and tidy hotel property that is one to definitely consider when looking to stay in the heart of old Sorrento!! I would hands down stay here again!!

We loved our stay here at the end of October. Such a pretty property and we had a beautiful bedroom which was also so spotlessly clean. The staff were great and so friendly, particularly Carla on reception who helped with arranging a birthday cake for my son’s 18th! The breakfast is nice too with hot and cold options. Its also so near to everything and literally a minutes walk to the nearest shops, cafes and restaurants. Very handy as there is a supermarket right next door too! We loved our stay in Sorrento and cannot wait to visit again
