Maybe we just had bad luck, but we ended up spending the night on a construction site..! The electricity was out several hours during the night making it a sauna inside, but this was casually informed with a note first when we entered the sleeping quarter. The room itself was good, but when you have a whole platoon of construction workers starting their day right outside your door at 7 in the morning, then you loose 2 dots on the ranking from me.. 🤬 Second, no bacon for breakfast?!😳 That is always one less dot on the ranking for me.. Third, when ordering food in the restaurant on the evening it took around 40 minutes from the food was ordered until it came to our table, not impressed at all when you compare it with the stiff pricetag and half-empty venue.. 😤 The floorstaff could have saved this venue somewhat, with a hint of positive serviceminded approach to running the place, but overall the disappointment is to great to let one person outshine this negative experience. 😒 Overall I give this venue a 1 out 5 dots, will not come here again.

Stayed for 4 nights, and was happy to be out of the hotel for most of the day... Several things counting against; - Restaurant seemed disorganised, both for breakfast and evening - for example missing spoons for breakfast, breakfast items not replaced when empty etc. - Cleaning!!! One day, they simply seemed to have forgotten to clean our rooms (3 rooms on the same floor) and in the evening we had to ask the reception for towels... The women at the reception seemed quite puzzled that our rooms hadn't been done. Furthermore, spiderwebs on the ceilings, and an empty but used coffeecup was left untouched on the table for 3 days. - Maintenance. A couple of days someone started working with loud equipment right outside the rooms at seven in the morning. Would be fine if they had to get it done - but seeing as they were done at 8, perhaps they could have waited.... - SMOKING! In our booking it stated that the rooms were no-smoking-rooms. That's what we wanted - but it isn't worth a lot when the hotel staff held their smokebreaks at the end of the hallway, so the building reeked of smoke anyways..... As I stated at first... Won't be back.

We had booked a big room through Booking.com and according the their pictures provided on their site, but when we arrived we were provided a very small room which did not match our expectations. We discussed with the receptionist who told us that the rooms on the pictures were taken from their large suites. I do not think this is an ethical way of doing the marketing. We contacted Booking.com and got the money back from the reservation because the hotel accepted that. We went away and found another hotel where we stayed. Do nor let the photos trigger a reservation at Landhaus Eden. The standard on the pictures do not reflect the double-rooms.

We stayed here one night on our roadtrip. Our room (503) was clean and in good shape and the staff really friendly. The highlight for me was the breakfast offering cereals, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, yoghurt, breads/rolls, a variety of cheeses, spreads, sausages, jams, honeys, and even prosecco. If you need a place to stay the night or need a bite to eat, I recommend this place.

Stayed here the night before a trip to Heide Park. It was a really nice hotel. The rooms are fairly basic but large with renovated bathrooms. It had a nice outside dining area and the food was very good and excellent value. The breakfast buffet was standard stuff but plenty of it and all that we needed. It was a short trip to Heide Park and Center Parcs is also close by so perfect if you are staying the night before visiting either. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The Good: The room (115) was large Reception staff were nice and helpful WiFi had good speed, but unsecured Breakfast was good Heated towel rail, also heats bathroom. Double glazed windows, no road noise even though on a main road. Good strong hot shower Bed is comfortable, and 1 European pillow supplied for each bed (pillows do not offer enough support for me, but better than just the one most have). Free on site parking. Close to Heide Park Appears to have some renovations ongoing at the moment. The rest: Room fixtures dated Noises from the corridor carry into the room The door rattles when people walk past, thought someone was trying to enter the room. One of the drawers was broken No safety chain on the door Liquid soap only, no soap bar. No clock, no pen or paper

Very nice Gaststätte along the highway. Have ben there for one night. the room vas ordinary. they had to restaurangs to chose between. German or Italian. We had choose the German restaurant. It was so good. It have to do that we come from na other country and like german food. We think it was ordinary german food for a Gaststätte. Really good in our taste. They served a special dark bier there. Tasted little like Guinness. Really an experience. Next time do we maby try the Italian restaurang.

Very close to the A7. Nice place to stay, the room had a good size, large beds, the bathroom was large too, but it seems to be used as a smoking area. The smell was quite intense. That indeed influenced the impression of the hotel in a negative way. The restaurant was very nice and the food and the service was very good. Free Wi-Fi, free parking. We will probably come back and stay next time driving through Germany.

Very nice hotel and very easy to reach from A7. We lived there one night on our way south. The rooms are simple furnished but there is everything you need. Very nice garden where you can enjoy a glas of wine and a good dinner. Very good food and good breakfast. We will choose this hotel even next time we are driving through Germany.

The hotel has really comfortable beds and great food. The breakfast was nice and it is near the autobahn. It´s a perfect first stop if you are driving from Sweden. We tried the hamburger and it was really good.
