Located within a 10-minute walk of Soller’s main square and conveniently placed for the beach at Port Soller (10 minutes’ drive), as well as the beautiful villages of Fornalutx (10 minutes’ drive) and Deia (20 minutes’ drive), this traditional Soller townhouse is an excellent choice for your holiday, whether you are a family seeking sunshine or a group of friends interested in walking or cycling.
Fully air-conditioned and stylishly refurbished while retaining many traditional character features, the house also offers a stunning rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana mountains.
The dining room and kitchen are ideal for families or groups of friends and provide a wide range of kitchen equipment. In the basement, there is a selection of games and table football.
There are three beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds that can be put together as an extra large bed), two sharing a bathroom and the third with an ensuite.
On the second floor, you will find a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath, a fully equipped utility room with washer and tumble dryer, and a further comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD player. The highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace, featuring four sun-loungers, a sun umbrella, and a shaded seating area perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying drinks before dinner while watching the sun set over the Tramuntana mountains.

A lovely house with an authentic Mallorcan feel. We were on a girls trip. We loved the roof terranxe for the evenings and found the house to be a pleasant distance from town and we also walked to /from Fornalutx for the evening .Kitchen and house were well equipt and was comfortable. Supermarket 0.5 mile away.We hiked, ran, shopped and swam. Fabulous location.

A gem of a traditional house in a loverly location.
Pros: Just a short stroll in Sóller this was a perfect location for a family holiday.
The house has a wonderful terrace that was perfect for sunbathing in the day and star gazing at night.
Cons: Leaving
