The Woman who works at this front desk was very nice and helpful. The room I had was kind of dark. When I ask her for a brighter room she gave me a better room on 4th floor with no problem.overall I enjoyed my stay👍

Very nice studio, but needs a pillow

A nice and clean new studio that can also be used for extended stay. Basic but sufficient furniture and goo size room. Did get a room with a view. My on complain was the lack of a good pillow for the bed. A small cushion was provided, but that was far from the minimum. Overall very nice and adequate, but would definitely advise the management to invest in providing a pillow for the bed.

Room was very hot - only one window to open and that only opened slightly. Please can you provide some fans for this. I know Sweden does not normally experience these temperatures - but just in case.

When I arrived there was a problem with the card reader, I suggested the worker use her card to let me in my room while she sorted out the problem, so after a hour or so I went down and my card wears ready, apart from that everything else was up to standards and I would stay there again

Bad reception

The reception has very weird opening hours. We waited OUTSIDE the hotel for about 10 minutes until some other guest came through the door so that we could sneak through and wait in the lobby. The door is closed as long as there is no reception. New visitors that don't have an access card must wait outside. Then when the reception was opened there was nobody there but only after around 20 minutes. The elevator is really bad too. A real safe hazard since it's the type for freight with no interior door. The room itself was pretty basic but I can't complain too much. The building from the outside looks like a factory though...

Good hotel for economic consideration

This hotel has wireless service now. Good improvement. If hotel can provide hair dryer, It will be excellent. Good location for driving car or take train. Clean, Quite. low price. Good choice for cost consideration.

Nice&Clean& NO Wireless but cable internet Hotel

It is nice and clean hotel. If hotel provide Wiireless and Hair dryer, it will be great. Prepare your own shampoo, soap, slipper, tooth paste and brush, comb etc..

Ganske bra!

Hotellet har en sånn automat hvor man sjekker inn uten en resepsjonist men det funket ikke for oss så vi fikk ikke sjekket inn selv, customer service folkene var veldig greie og hjalp oss med hele innsjekkingen. Ellers var hotellet ganske fint. De har et minikjøkken som er alltid bra, og sengene var ganske greie for prisen.
