New villa, air conditioned in every room, comfortable, with 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 + private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 80 can be joined), a large living room fully equipped kitchen.
The 40 sqm terrace is covered and offers an unobstructed view of the countryside. Housing accessible to people with disabilities.

The villa 'The Ogliastru is located on the town of Sollacaro low in the countryside, near the prehistoric site of Filitosa. The nearest beaches are a few miles Porto-Pollo and Abbartello (Olmeto-range). Propriano 20 km away.

We also offer a 4 person villa rentals.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

La propriétaire, Mme NICOLAI nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie. Très disponible, pour nous conseiller sur les activités environnantes.
