    Wonderful property and location!

    This is a fantastic house that is incredibly spacious, wonderful amenities and a highly responsive property management team. We can’t wait to come back!

    Very nice, very comfortable

    The property listing was accurate. It is a beautiful house, comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything you’d need to cook a full meal for a group. It has a reverse living design with the bedrooms downstairs (they stay nice and cool) and kitchen, dining room, and living room upstairs. It is close to the beach, Del Mar race track, and great little beach towns. I’d definitely splurge on heating the pool. After a bit of a hiccup with the patio being dirty and the pool not working everything was corrected very quickly. Management was easy to work with and very responsive to our concerns. We would stay here again.

    January week

    My family of 5 stayed at this property for a week. We are locals but our house was under construction. House and neighborhood was awesome. Enjoyed our nightly walks to Tabletops to see the sunset. Only bummer was the pool and jacuzzi. Pool vacuum was not working and jacuzzi had lots of sand at the bottom. Good thing weather was chilly.     Love the weather

    Everything was really nice. The only thing we had problems with is the hot tub. We had to call to get it running the power buttons did not work. They showed us how to get it running using the control panel. That didn’t always work. Love that everything was walking distance. Really enjoyed the race track. See you next summer

    Landlord Charged our credit card it fraudulent

    Several weeks after our stay the landlord charged our credit card for what appears to be basic maintenance for a fence gate that we never laid our eyes on let alone touched. The pictures provided to us showed what appears to be a dilapidated gate, consistent with the condition of the rest of the housebwhich was pretty worn out. Additionally, during our stay, the bed my wife and I were sleeping in collapsed in the middle of the night basically ruining one of our days.
