This remodeled 1500 square foot oceanfront luxury condo has breathtaking views and is just steps to sand. Elegantly decorated with whitewater views from the living room and bedroom with amazing large outdoor living and dining areas. Complex is gated and secure.

Walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack, Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants.

All the amenities and comforts of home: Brand new 75 inch flat screen HDTV in living room and large flat screen in bedroom, high speed wireless internet. Brand new memory foam king bed in master with luxurious linens, king bed in the second bedroom, and full kitchen with Keurig coffee station for that mandatory fresh coffee while breathing in the ocean breeze.

Walk directly down the path to take a dip in the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the beach.

Centrally located with less than 30 minute drive to Legoland, Sea World, the amazing San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district and Ballpark. Grocery stores, movie theater and shopping within 5 miles.

2. This condo is located in a quiet complex and is only suitable for quieter groups.

3. Absolutely no smoking or pets.

4. Start up supplies of paper goods are supplied. For guests staying longer than one week, you will need to purchase additional products for your use.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean from the large deck was great. It was a short walk to the Solana Beach cove. Damon, the owner, was very helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Views, Wonderful Location, Exceeded our Expecations!

We had a spectacular stay with our family in Damon and Keri's beach condo. From the beginning, we were impressed with the way that we were made to feel right at home. We were greeted with a personal note on the counter from Damon and Keri with their contact information, in case we had any questions. The condo was very clean, updated, and upscale! We were in awe from the views from the living room area and the balcony. The sound of the ocean and fresh ocean breeze added to the wonderful vacation-like feeling that you get in this condo. Any and all accessories that we would ever need on a vacation, were stocked in the condo and storage area in the garage. We enjoyed the beach accessories - the boogie boards were a big hit, but the little details, down to the quality of the kitchen utensils, made this vacation home experience so wonderful. The quality of the furnishings in Damon and Keri's condo is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying a couple cups of coffee in the morning while overlooking the ocean, or watching the sunset in the evening. We enjoyed exploring the town of Solana Beach, and found it had just what we needed, but wasn't overly big or distracting from our vacation. We could not have hoped for a better location. The area was very family friendly, yet was quiet and calm. Definitely this rental has been one of the best experiences we have ever had and would not hesitate one minute to book again, if we travel back this way.

Fantastic Condo in great location

This is a spectacular, very well kept oceanfront condo. Location could not be better, it is literally a 5 min walk to Fletcher's Cove Beach and a 10 min walk to Cedros Avenue with lots of nice cafes and shops. The condo as such has all appliance you would need, it is in great shape and has a huge balcony from which you can watch the Pacific ocean. We were very happy here, Damon is a great host and was very responsive in relation to any questions we had.
