Great location!

Overall, this was a great home to stay at and we would definitely stay there again. Location is great and there was ample room for a family of 4 plus our dog. And that was the added bonus that they allowed pets. Only critique that I would have but it would not stop us from staying here again is that there were a lot of personal stuff in the house. Some of which are very cool but could be valuable and breakable. But again, this would not stop us from staying here again. Another big plus was communication with the property manager. They sent out the welcome package a week or so in advance to give us time to review everything rather than getting it at time of arrival. They were easy to communicate with and were on top of things.

Comfortable beach apartment

Great solana beach location. Updated interiors, very clean, and nice art on the walls. Elana and Vanessa were responsive and friendly. Our family of four with two young kids was very comfortable. Would rent again.Note, you cannot get your car anywhere near the front door to the condo. Anything or anyone you bring inside needs to be carried in from an underground garage. This was no problem for our party but groups with mobility issues should consider.

Terrific condo in great location

Great corner unit condo in a wonderful location just steps to the beach. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Lots of places to walk our miniature dachshund plus close to the dog beach. Washer dryer was also great to have plus a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved that it had underground parking.

Elegant home with lots of interest art in a beautiful beach view community with pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Walking distance from Cedros shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our adult family.

Comfy and spacious home!

We absolutely loved this property. Having the kitchen and living area upstairs while he bedrooms are downstairs made it so nice to be able to put the little one to bed without disturbing him. The layout is great. We cooked several times during the week and everything is laid out so nicely and it’s easy to find. Elana and Vanessa are awesome. We had to communicate with them at the beginning as I made a mistake on check-in time. They were really accommodating and nice. Super helpful! Would absolutely recommend this.

The "Beach House"

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner and management company were easily accessible and very attentive. When we had an issue with a TV the owner came over that day and a brand new TV was installed the next morning. You can't ask for more than that! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one had the best welcome package we have ever seen. Every detail was covered. The kitchen was very well accessorized.

Very Nice Stay at the Beach

We had a lovely vacation at the Sanctuary. Very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Solana Beach and convenient to San Diego. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It is also quiet and private. There are stairs up to the kitchen and dining room so renters should keep that in mind. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Beach Getaway

My family and I had the chance to enjoy a wonderful stay in Solano at this condo. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach just a short walk away as well as time in the pool and hot tub. The condo was comfortable and we loved being able to come back and cook and relax. We would recommend it to others coming to the area!
