This modern duplex is ready to welcome you and your family and friends for your next North Topsail Beach adventures! After a day at the beach, rinse away the sand in the private, outdoor shower and head inside for additional fun and relaxation. The home's main living space is on the fourth floor, offering a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen and living/dining areas. The open kitchen comprises stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a center island. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal family meals. Once mealtime is over, unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV. All back decks are furnished and allow you to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets over the Intercoastal.

Uniquely constructed, this home features balconies on all three levels, with a balcony adjoining each bedroom, totaling six. All bedrooms also include a TV and the main bedrooms on each level have an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The first floor hosts a garage turned into a game room with a Ping-Pong table, pool toys for visiting the community pool, and two cornhole sets. An elevator will take you through each level in the blink of an eye.

THINGS TO KNOW
Villas by the Sea HOA will only allow a maximum of 4 vehicles per unit. Towing is enforced by the HOA.
From approximately April through October, the pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk, as there is no lighting.
The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including outdoor spaces.

Great Property

This was a great property with plenty of room including two master suites! Convenient beach access and also access to a swimming pool. Everything was as advertised, we would definitely return to this property.

Beautiful Beach

We loved the easy beach access & the pool! Beautifully decorated. Kitchen had all the tools you needed including pots and pans and everything was labeled so it was easy to put everything back where it belongs. Each room with its own balcony was so nice! And of course the elevator certainly came in handy!
