Had a great time here! Parking was easy, host was available at all times and very helpful! All check in and out instructions were easy to follow. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable! Beautiful view of the ocean and also a quiet area to truly relax! Thank you for a great weekend!

This was such a unique and beautiful place to stay. The tide comes in pretty far, but please don’t let that deter you! It was our favorite part of the room. We saw dolphins literally right below us. It was perfect!

The host was highly communicative and responsive. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. My favorite part of my stay was enjoying the proximity to the water, which is very close to the balcony at high tide. It is true that there are frequent dolphin sightings. In fact, they were visible almost everyday, if not everyday, throughout the day, some being spotted quite close.

We absolutely love Topsail & enjoyed our stay in this condo. We even got to see some dolphins!! Alan was very responsive anytime I had a question & the check in/check out process was seamless! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. When the tides are high, there is public beach access a couple houses up the road which is really nice.

Great place to enjoy the beach!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Well equipped, kitchen, plenty of linens furnished. Magnificent views of the ocean. Alan was a great host and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this to others.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sacred Sands II…so close to the beach and very comfortable! We really enjoyed fishing and walking the beach. It really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Alan was so quick to respond if we had questions.

A Great Beach Retreat!

My fiancée and I really enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. The condo was clean, organized and offers an awesome location. I will say the bed was comfortable which was a first for me at a beach rental. Alan is a nice guy to deal with. He has your best interests in mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Sacred Sands again!

Fabulous vacation and experience

What a perfect last minute getaway! Alan was so responsive and helpful, from the time we booked to when we headed home. The condo was right on the beach and perfect for our family of four. The pictures are true to life. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. In fact in 18 years of renting beach houses it was the most comfortable bed we have ever had. The view was amazing. We loved the deck furniture! The beach chairs were a nice added treat. The colors and decorations were very beach’s my and perfect. Just an amazing experience!

Overall, we were very pleased with this rental. The location couldn't have had better access to the beach, except for high tide when the access steps were legitimately in the surf. (Other beach access was just up the road.) Sitting on the deck with the ocean "right there" was impressive. We were treated to some beautiful sunrises. Restaurants were relatively nearby, and we were happy with food options. The fishing pier was just a five-minute drive and provided excellent fishing, and food at their small restaurant. Our host did a great job communicating with us, and the whole process was very easy. For the unit itself, we hadn't realized that the bunkbed nook is in the hallway, but my son found it comfortable. The master had good storage space, good lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but adequate. We thought there was going to be a dishwasher but were wrong. The oven on the electric stove was challenging to preheat to a specific temperature. While the temperature in the unit was always comfortable, the air handling units are rather loud, run constantly, and take some getting used to. All things considered, this rental was a very good value and a great location for our first visit to North Topsail Beach!

First time Topsailers

Topsail Island is awesome as is Alan. Alan was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We loved Ricks in Sneed's Ferry for food and environment. We did not like the Crabpot in Surf City (we found it on our own)... The North Shore Country club is great for golf and the clubhouse staff are awesome. The beach is awesome and being on top of it is amazing. The A/C in the condo didn't keep it as cool as us old folks like but it was plenty sufficient. We are very very hot natured so we like it below 72 degrees. We had groceries delivered from Food Lion and that was perfectly timed. We shopped at the surf shop with the big shark in front and is was a cool little place to buy souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were great.

Recommended

We highly recommend this unit. Extremely easy beach access and the balcony had a beautiful clear view of the ocean. Clean inside the unit and once we got the AC’s going, it was comfortable and cool. We had a little trouble with the door lock but I think that was user error. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some memories!
