Constructed in 2025 to add a smaller option to our portfolio and to serve as a guest house for groups renting our other properties, the Otterbox skyloft is intended for active adults without mobility issues due to 33 steps to the living area . Features include a commanding northwestern view over Center Hill Lake , a forever view unaffected by weather or time of year . 1500 sq ft structure heated and cooled throughout , living area upstairs with recreation area downstairs with indoor hot tub and rollup door looking out over lake and deck area. High end fixtures and furnishing throughout this home is ideal for couples or people simply looking for a safe and clean getaway. We built this to accommodate our guests that ask “ do you have anything smaller “ our other properties are three and 4 bedrooms and 2000 plus sq feet . Ask about corporate and group rates , we encourage solo travelers as well as sportsmen with boats or toys ; as well as young families with an infant as a crib can easily be placed in the home or air mattress for young children . Family reunion coming up ? Ask about our other properties on the grounds and put the family member that demands privacy at the skyloft !
