Aislamiento en los pinos perdidos

¿Alguna vez has oído susurrar pinos altos? Este es el lugar. Cabaña rústica aislada en 300 acres de bosque de pinos privado. Disfrute de caminatas, ciclismo de montaña y vistas desde la gran terraza. La decoración de la cabina se basa en la leyenda local y el éxito de Broadway, The Best Little Whorehouse en Texas, repleta de la cama de la señora. Cocina completamente equipada con cafetera, licuadora, microondas y lavavajillas. Barbacoa en la parrilla de carbón al aire libre. 2 millas de la autopista. Perfecto para parejas, aventureros en solitario, familias y amigos peludos.

Nuestra cabaña se encuentra en una propiedad que ha pertenecido a nuestra familia desde principios de 1800 y se alienta a los huéspedes a caminar, andar (traer su bicicleta) y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona a su gusto. Se le recomienda traer un teléfono celular ya que no hay teléfono en las instalaciones. La construcción de nuestra cabina le resultará cómoda, atractiva e interesante. Recientemente renovado a partir de enero de 2019 con electrodomésticos actualizados y pisos de vinilo en todas partes. Las paredes interiores de la cabina son de cedro y las vigas expuestas añaden un encanto extra. Las puertas delantera y trasera generalmente están abiertas para disfrutar de la suave brisa que sopla a través de la cabina.

Another great stay in the woods

Our favorite place to relax and unwind free from the road noise, and noisy neighbors. This was our third visit and already planning for next year. This cabin is as advertised, quaint, rustic but with the best back porch in Texas. Great for morning coffee or evening drinks and with a view what else could you ask for.

Perfect retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is charming but comes with most mod cons. We didn’t turn the tv on, instead we loved the rocking chairs on the back porch for relaxing, bird watching and enjoying the forest setting..

Piney Woods Weekend

The cabin at Lost Pines is absolutely perfect. Very quaint while still having all the amenities you need. We had five people for the weekend and it was very comfortable. I am absolutely looking to stay here again! We stayed in the cabin while attending Sherwood, so I would love to return and spend the weekend just exploring the property. The owners were very sweet and responsive. Highly recommend!

Slice of heaven

This was our second stay and we absolutely love it out here. So peaceful and well accommodated. The hosts are the best I've ever worked with for vacation rentals. The property is so neat to explore. We brought our e-bikes this time and it made for some great rides as well as an easy trip to Buescher next door to ride the road to Bastrop. A+ vacation!!

Peaceful Retreat Among the Pine Trees

I loved the feel of the cabin on this private property tucked among the pine trees. If you are looking for peaceful solitude, this is the place. Very close to the state park for hiking and the little town is cute too. The cabin was a little buggy, not too bad, but expected since it's in the middle of nowhere. I enjoyed a peaceful solo get away here.

Annual getaway after Christmas

This was the perfect place for our getaway. The property was fantastic. The cabin was wonderful full of interesting history about the Chicken Ranch and everything we needed to cook and relax. Jan was wonderful and always responsive. The best part for us was being able to let our dogs off leash to run and hike the numerous trails. We will definitely return

Our stay at the cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. The cabin itself was charming and rustic. If you are wanting a fancy place to stay, this isn’t the place for you. If you want an awesome, quiet, rustic place where you have room to hike, enjoy the quiet and the land, this is definitely the place! We would come back to this place again!

Another great stay

This was the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here and would continue to recommend. Host is great and its not through a management company, which is always a plus. She responds quick even though we have never had an issue. Will be coming back here for sure.

Fabulous again!

We got to enjoy this wonderful property again for a long weekend! We love the cabin, walking around the property, letting our dogs swim in the lake and sitting outside watching the stars. Will definitely be back. The host is quick to respond and left a lovely welcome basket.

Home base for Colorado River fishing trip

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at the cabin. We were spending 3 days shopping the Round Top antique show and it was nice coming back to the cabin and just relaxing on the back porch. Truly perfection. The cabin was roomier then I thought it would be. The decor was thoughtfully done, had all the comfort you needed and extremely clean. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others looking for a wonderful getaway.

Spring Break Rest in the Piney Woods

We spent a few nights hanging out with our dogs and college seniors. We had so much fun hiking, fishing, and jamming around the firepit! The porch and house are just perfect! The hostess, Jan, is amazing! We are planning on making this a tradition. Such a wonderful time!
