WiFi is almost non-existing. You have to be in the lobby and even there it is spotty. Orbitz should state this while booking. We booked two rooms, A/C wasn't working in one room. The night staff who was present when we complained was indifferent and just shrugged. A few minutes later another employee came in and was able to switch rooms. The employees at this location are a toss up between excellent and totally indifferent. The toilets do not flush properly. If you have the bad luck of being offered an odd numbered room, then you have the excellent view of the train tracks and the constant noise of the trains chugging through. Goodbye to a good nights sleep. The only good feature is that it is right next to the Slough station, which means you could be in central London in 10-20 minutes depending on your getting a fast or slow train. It is also close to the Windsor castle and Legoland.

Nice hotel close to Slough Railway station. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The only things this hotel has going for it is it's very convenient, a 2 min walk to the train station which is a mainline station between London and Oxford. Trains runabout every10-15 min. And it's where you catch the train to Windsor. The hotel was very clean (except the room windows). Comparing the room to a hotel in the states it was pretty spartan, on par with a Super 8 or a Motel 6. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast depended how hungry you were. It's about a 15 min walk to downtown Slough with many better options for breakfast. If you wanted a bowl of cereal or a roll and coffee you were OK but, the cooked breakfast nothing to brag about. They have a small parking lot maybe 25-30 cars and you better come mid-day or you never find a space. And parking anywhere else can get expensive. I'd think llong and hard about staying again.

It is very convenient for us just few steps away to train station.

This is a good location for the trains and Windsor castle Parking can be an issue. Tesco is walking distance

The hotel was in a location that was extremely inconvenient and was not too safe. There was no parking. Wifi was shoddy at best. The front desk was extremely unprofessional and friends who called my room would have loads of difficulty being connected to my room.
