On Sunday, 8/31/25 I called to see if we could check in a little earlier than 3 pm on Monday, September 1. The woman I spoke w/was rude and said first come first serve basis. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. The reason I called was I figured people would be checking out on Labor Day Sept 1? Maybe our room could be cleaned a little earlier for an hour earlier check in. ???
Her customer service and response were unacceptable. I understand there may be a lack of help at this hotel; but I don't think corporate would appreciate her speaking that way. The rest of the representatives, upon check in, were excellent. Our stay was lovely, breakfast buffet delicious, and check out was easy. We just had to drop room key in the box. Best regards, Karen
