The level of cleanliness was shocking, blood stains found on the bed alongside with black marks. Floor hadn’t been cleaned. Mould all in the shower head and down the walls. Melding and my Partner checked out immediately and contacted the team. No one can guarantee a refund even though we did not stay there. Awful customer service and cleanliness. DO NOT BOOK THE PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING.
