La ubicación de esta propiedad es fantástica - justo al cruzar la calle de la playa.

El Manta Ray Casa de una playa se siente en casa en el lugar de mar. La picadura de rayos sutil como el diseño está ubicado en el paisaje mientras se mira a lo largo de la playa Skenes Creek y las colinas verde esmeralda de la bahía de Apolo.

La primera zona baja, salón captura una vista de 180 grados siempre cambiante del mar, la ladera de rodadura, y el gran camino del océano, ya que serpentea a lo largo de la bahía de Apolo. Este nivel de planta abierta cuenta con un atrio de vidrio en ángulo, donde podrá bañarse en la luz del sol, que tiene vistas sobre las olas y la playa. También hay una zona de estar con fuego de leña, sillones de cuero, y una gran TV, así como una zona de cocina totalmente equipada y comedor.
Los techos altos y pisos pulidos rebotan la luz y complementan el diseño. Hay dos cubiertas - uno en el lado mar de la casa, y uno en el lado norte con una barbacoa y muebles de jardín.

La planta baja dispone de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, incluyendo una suite con el dormitorio principal. Cada habitación tiene un sector diferente de la visión a través de ventanas de cuerpo entero. Dos de las habitaciones tienen puertas que se abren a terrazas privadas y el jardín de plantas nativas de deslizamiento. El nivel del suelo también tiene una lavandería totalmente equipada.

Manta Ray Uno admite mascotas y cuenta con un patio totalmente cercado y una perrera.
Hay un montón de espacio para tablas de surf, tablas de bodyboard y equipo de playa en este patio vallado, junto con una ducha al aire libre para lavar los pies de arena.

La playa Skenes Creek es ideal para familias, surf, pesca, playa de peinado y simplemente caminar a lo largo. En la marea baja, se puede caminar a lo largo de la playa desde Skenes Creek a Apollo Bay.

No hay aparcamiento en la calle y espacio para aparcar un barco o remolque.

Amazing chilled

You’re the perfect birthday surprise for my partner.She absolutely loved it. We had dinner twice at CHRIS Beacon point restaurant, swam in the beach every day rode our bikes to Apollo Bay along the beach whilst our dog ran beside us absolutely amazing.

Fantastic

This place is Magic. We had to drag ourselves out to do things. We did not want to leave the whole time we were there. It is just such a relaxing home with amazing views and you feel at so chilled as soon as you arrive. We absolutely loved everything about it.

Nice property with a wonderful view. Not a large home but good size for our stay, 2 couples. And the best part, dog friendly and just a short walk across the road to the beach. Very pleasant relaxing stay.

Seaside bliss

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations. The property itself is impeccably maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. We didn’t need to pack anywhere near what we needed to, the house has all the things you need! One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room. I couldn't get enough of the picturesque scenery, which added an extra layer of tranquility to our experience. The property's location also proved to be convenient, with easy access to the beach which was fabulous. Everyone, including our dog had an incredible time away. We didn’t want to leave the house! Whether for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a business trip, this property caters to all needs. Watching the waves

A very special place, for its position and also its design. Yes, it's close to the road, but a landscaped native garden hides the traffic and brings little birds. The superb view from the open living first floor (beautifully furnished) is down to the creek and the breakers, and beyond to the lights of Apollo Bay. A wonderful stay!

Property met all our needs and views exceeded the pictures! Loads of amenities except no tea towels or paper towel (drying dishes and wiping benches) and the speaker did not work for blue tooth so we could have a dance :)

Fantastic views!

If I could win Lotto, I'd buy it ! It did rain most of the time - but we didn't care, we had comfy chairs, a cosy fire, and an ever changing view watching the waves crash in. (Food, wine and conversation sold separately) The fur baby loved it too, very pet friendly.

You and your fur baby will love this property as it has spectacular views and everything you and your pet need during your stay . The fireplace was fantastic and made our stay so cosy and even though it rained most of the time we felt like we still had an amazing time. We will be back .

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location

My husband and I wanted a few days away for our honeymoon, and decided that the Great Ocean Road was the place we wanted to visit. We spent quite some time looking for the perfect place, and just happened across "Manta Ray One". We immediately fell in love with the house, and loved the location even more. It's right on the beach, and close enough for us to take a visit to Forrest to check out the Platypus in Lake Elizabeth. The house was well stocked with wood for fires, perfect for the colder weather, and it was nice and clean for our arrival. We spent most days watching the beach goers and waves roll in and out, and were fortunate enough to see many rainbows out of those gorgeous windows. We had grand plans to go into Apollo Bay to go out to eat, but found we were happiest staying in. The kitchen amenities were fantastic - sharp knives and all of the kitchen comforts I'd have at home - a welcome change from some other places. However the best part about the house? It's dog friendly. It means furry little companions can join in, too - being able to spend time on the beach and cozy up by the fire. The backyard is secure with ALL the water bowls and a couple of dog kennels for them to go into when they're spending time exploring outside. Just note that dogs aren't allowed on the furniture, which makes perfect sense, as they want to keep it in good quality (without fur and dander), so make sure you have a nice doggy bed for your furry companions. It's also good to note that the beach isn't "dog friendly" year round, it appears (from signage), but during the winter, there's a near constant stream of dogs visiting (although all owners were respectful and kept their distance from each other) We loved our stay so much that we're already talking about when we can have ANOTHER visit.

Beautiful and cleverly designed property that makes the absolute most of its beautiful surroundings. It offers (almost) everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing stay. For the price-point however, complimentary WiFi and a decent streaming service is expected.
