The Penthouse - Flat 17 sleeps 4 people andis on the second floor and is a 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It has a family bathroom and an open plan lounge, dining kitchen area.
The open plan lounge, dining kitchen area is this apartment is very comfortable and comes with a 32 inch Smart TV, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, a table and 4 dining chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
All our self catered holiday apartments are dog friendly. We would love you to bring your 4 legged family member with you, and for a small additional fee you can. Please ensure you tell us by selecting the option when booking. The dogs must not be left in the apartment alone, unattended.
We have some free parking available at the rear of the property which on a first come first served basis. There is also additional free parking available on Glentworth Crescent itself, or the NCP to the rear of the property which is £1.45 a day or £9.95 for 7 days in off peak season.
We also ask all our guests to respect the guests in other apartments by keeping noise down later on in the evenings and early in the morning, whilst in your apartment or entering or exiting the building. Many thanks, and enjoy your holiday with us in Skegness.
