Beautiful, cosy house "De Manou", semi-detached. 1.5 km from the centre of Six-Fours-les-Plages, 12 km from the centre of Toulon, 41 km from the centre of Cassis, on a slope, in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Toulon" 12 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
"De Manou", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Confort comme à la maison

Maison extraordinairement bien équipée (rien ne manque) et décorée avec goût, literie confortable, quartier très calme, aucun vis à vis. Un seul regret s'il en faut un : il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.
