IMPORTANT: Rates for May and June are for 10 people. Capacity up to 18 people. From 10 people, the supplement is €80 person/night.

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA:

It is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona with a convenient highway 1.5 km from the farmhouse).

The beaches of Cunit are 20 minutes walk away. 4 minutes by car.

Masia Mas Peirot is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean nature. The surroundings of the house are idyllic.

This beautiful place is perfect to disconnect, enjoy the tranquility and silence.

The supermarkets are only 2 minutes away by car or about 15 minutes walking. The nearest restaurants and bars are only a 3-minute drive from the Villa.

It is a fabulous environment to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation in a natural environment. Up to 18 people.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND RATES:

1.- You can pay for Home Away by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer.

The Home Away Assistance Service can be contracted with both payment methods.

3.- Weekly cleaning with change of sheets and pool and bath towels.

4.- This cleaning costs €400/week.

5.- Tourist Tax: €1/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.

6.- In low season: €800 of water, electricity and gas costs based on actual consumption. House heating supplement €250/week.

7.- Late checkin: From 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. + €45

8.- Late checkin: From 24:00: + €70.

9- From 6 people there is a supplement of 100 euros/person/day

10- Deposit of €2,000 to be returned 7 days after check out
