Fully Renovated – Ready from July 2025
Masia Las Moreras has been completely rebuilt over the past year, preserving the rustic soul of the original house. Architectural elements like natural stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and travertine floors are paired with expansive, light-filled spaces.
Final construction work will be completed by July 15, 2025, the official opening date for our first guests.

Final cleaning: €350 per week
Pets: €100 per weekLate check-in: €45 (20:00–24:00), €70 (after 24:00)
Heated pool (30ºC): €250 per week
Credit card payment: 3% surcharge
Bank transfer: No additional cost
Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day (for the first 7 days)
Low season supplements: €1,200 per months for utilities
+ €300 weekly heating fee
