In the heart of Sirmione, inside the elegant Residence Montecarlo, the flat Margherita is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday amidst palm trees, a swimming pool and the scent of the lake.

Situated just a few steps from the waters of Lake Garda, this cosy flat offers modern comforts and a truly enviable location.



Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine and an airy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV and a comfortable sofa bed.

The large south-facing veranda, furnished with a dining table and barbecue, is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun.

Great place to stay

Very clean. Everything was there that we needed for a four night stay. The wifi instructions were incorrect but properly manager contacted host and I was able to get wifi. Issue with bathroom sink was reported but not corrected during our stay. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing. The condo complex is in a very quiet area. Transit is a bit challenging so would be easier to have a car rental. It’s great if you enjoy lots of walking. Would recommend this rental.

Ruhige Wohlfühl-Oase mit kleinen Mängeln

Insgesamt war die Wohnanlage wirklich TOP, schön sauber, relativ ruhig und der große Pool grandios! Praktisch ist der große Supermarkt nebenan! Ebenfalls der kurze Weg zum See! Das Appartment war für drei Erwachsene ausreichend, die Veranda zum Verweilen optimal. Schade nur, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt war! Es schien auch so als sei dies länger der Fall so. Es wurde sich auch nicht wirklich drum gekümmert. Schade eigentlich! Die Ausstattung war auch etwas spärlich, sodass wir uns einige Utensilien kaufen mussten. Ich finde für diesen Preis könnte man dies erwarten. Die Abzugshaube und das dazugehörige Licht funktionierten auch nicht, aber kein Wunder, diese ist noch nicht einmal angeschlossen. Doof, wenn man kocht und der ganze Qualm nicht abziehen kann. Vielleicht könnte ja der Eigentümer da mal mehr investieren ;) Ansonsten war das Apparment aber fast so wie beschrieben. Sauber war es defintiv! Mit Sicherheit werden wir nochmals dahin fahren, allerdings würden wir vorab schon Equipment mitnehmen :)
