This home was amazing. Extremely clean, exceptionally well stocked, comfortable furniture, bright natural light, and had a great layout with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 downstairs. For safety, there is a gate blocking the stairs. There is a deck with a grill and a fire pit that would have been so much fun to roast hot dogs and make s’more’s had it not been so cold when we were there. The fire pit was already prepared for us to just light and there was plenty more available to use on other nights. The beds are very firm (which was just what we like) so if you like soft beds, these will be too firm for your liking. The steps into the house (3 or 4) were somewhat high (I’d guess at least 6 inches). We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The property was very nice, located in a great area. Was fully furnished kitchen, nice patio and furnishings. That was all a 10. Did not appreciate all the dog "nose" prints all over the nice big picture window and patio door or dog bone under couch..cleaning was not great. Small lamp in bedrooms would be nice. Basement was always 10-15 degrees colder than upstairs, bring extra blankets. Front door storm would not stay shut as the lock was falling off, only had 1 screw holding it. Bathroom door handle fell off, we put back on. Recliner in basement has a broken footrest. Just felt like a maintenence-neglected home. Reached out to James several times, heard back once. Also, needs to have entering and closing out and other rules/ directions posted someplace. Would not stay here again.

Great spot for a family. Got to have a bonfire. There were even some toys for the kids! It was convenient that it was pet friendly, so I didn’t have to board my dog.

This was a fully equipped home! Had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. Plenty of room for everyone including the dogs! Fenced in backyard was fantastic! They even had a shovel for the unexpected snow!!

Room for everyone (family of 7), easy to use thermostat (was cold whe we arrived, but warmed up quickly and simple to cool down for night), enough dishes for all, easy to communicate with owner.

Beautiful property! My whole family had to find a place to fit everybody and this was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, safe neighborhood, everything was very clean, the fire pit in the back was awesome and the park in the backyard offered so much to do for children and adults. There is a beautiful bike trail, pickleball courts, and volleyball courts nearby. Only small con was some of our family members felt the mattresses to be pretty firm and had some sore backs at the end of the trip. Other than that, I highly recommend to anybody needing a place to stay for a trip to Sioux Falls.

Great for family!

Very close to public park and walking/biking trail. This home was perfect for our family gathering with adult children/grandchild. The rooms are nicely sized, very functional, and clean. The home offered everything we needed, was clean and the process was excellent. We made all our meals in the kitchen and used the outside grill. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor spaces in addition to the living areas inside. Very positive experience!
