✔ Pet-Friendly: $125 Pet Fee (+$25 for Additional Dog, 2 Dog Max)
✔ Security Deposit: $200 (2-Bedroom) – Fully Refundable
✔ This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. The security deposit payment and check-in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
✔ Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring: Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. To maintain a peaceful environment, smart home technology monitors decibel levels (55 dBA daytime, 50 dBA nighttime). This system does not record conversations and complies with privacy regulations. Guests will be notified if excessive noise is detected.
✔ Designated Parking: One Spot per Reservation (Request Additional Parking if Needed)
✔ Smart Lock Entry: Code Sent 24 Hours Before Check-In
✔ Security Cameras: 5 cameras are placed around the exterior (parking area, walkways, and communal outdoor area). They do not record sound and are not actively monitored 24/7.
✔ On-Site Property Manager: Lives in the back and is available to assist guests.
✔ Second-Floor Unit: Accessible by stairs only.
