Absolutely stunning views from the rooms of Marina Bay with its nightly light shows that mesmerised. Fashion brand Bottega amenities docked the bathroom surrounded by state of the art gadgets such as the automated window blinds. Top notch restaurants are housed within the premise accompanied with the service to match

Stopped over 2 nights either side of the New Year. Prior to Christmas we stayed 2 nights before flying to Sydney. Always a great feeling to arrive to be met by the doorman and always greets you in a warm way. We treated our selves to the Festive Afternoon Tea and my Wife and I were not disappointed. The staff through out the entire hotel are always ready to help as we have always found. On the way we stayed over again for 2 nights before flying to London. We chilled out on the Roof Top area and took in the fabulous views across Marina Bay. Looking forward to returning.

This hotel almost leaves me speechless - what an awesome stay we had. We had a bay view room which was roomy and luxurious. The bar on the roof along with pool and gym turned out to be a favorite spot to hang out during the day or night. A great central location, easy to get to anywhere. You deserve to stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights to break the journey to Bali. After 12 hour flight arrived in the dark early evening. Views were stunning and we spent the evening in the Lantern Bar on the rooftop. It was brilliant. It overlooks the bay to the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Whereas that is massive and good to look on its like an airport terminal inside. Whereas the Fullerton Bay is 6 floors tasteful and attentive. We were so well looked after. Breakfast was fabulous in the Brasserie and we were perfectly situated to walk around the bay and the Bay Gardens the next morning. It’s was so good we decided to stay again on our way back.

A beautiful hotel with an outstanding view across the Marina Bay and very well appointed rooms. My wife, teenage son and I were in Singapore for four days and we made sure we enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. An enjoyable stay but very strongly affected by the attitude of the staff; snobby and officious would be my description. I got the distinct impression from a number of the staff that we were not the type of clientele they wanted. We had a good time regardless but definitely not a warm and friendly feeling.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel is a 5-star facility that I would rate as a four-star hotel. First of all, this is a beautiful modern place that is beautifully situated in a thriving and exciting part of the City. We booked a suite, which was spacious and beautifully and comfortably furnished. Our very large bed was super-comfortable and the towels, linens, and accessories were top-rate. Breakfasts were amazing with an enormous array of anything and everything one could possibly want to eat. So why only 4-stars? Although we had booked a suite, we were told on Sunday early afternoon that it would not be possible for us to get a table in the restaurant for that evening. It was suggested that we go to the rooftop bar and order bar food or go elsewhere. Also, our room lacked extra sockets for us to charge our electronics. Light switches, as well as thermostats, were located in areas that required a flashlight to see. It seemed as though a small renovation could make our room much more user-friendly. Perhaps I am just being picky, but it is more than a little annoying to have to use the flashlight on my phone to see which switch I need to toggle to turn on a bedside lamp or adjust the room temperature.

We stayed recently for 4 nights. Everything is almost perfect about this hotel: great location with views across the lake to the city skyline, luxurious rooms, relaxing roof top pool and bar, sumptuous buffet breakfast and fabulous friendly and helpful staff. My wife loved walking around the lake each morning, and noted fine walkways, water fountains and attractive ponds and other features. Highly recommend!

We had our first ever vacation here in Singapore and we chose this hotel as a good place to stay. Me and my family is super delighted with the service. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Amazing location, and there a heaps of things to see and do within walking distance. The pools & facilities are amazing and the hotel has a great feel. It definitely feels like a 5 star hotel as soon as you pull up to the valet. The hotel has the best breakfast buffet i've ever tried, and their coffee is amazing. Rooftop drinks were fun but expensive. I would highly recommend staying here.

There are many good hotels in Singapore. This is the fourth I've stayed in and definitely the best. The location is great...right by the water, easy to go for a walk in the area and also convenient for the MRT. My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 4pm. The problem was solved swiftly and an upgrade ensued. Very good customer service. The Landing Point bar was often crowded and with tables showing reserved signs. However the staff ensured I got a table right away as a house guest. The spa is located at the Fullerton hotel not in this hotel which could be made clearer. Overall, very good and definitely a place to return to.
