We had a nice stay for four days. Staff are very nice and supportive. Food and rooms are hygiene. A five star service can be observed in keen. Good to have an option of pre booking facility. Thank you management for such a nice service.
We are so pleased we stayed here. It’s at a wonderfully convenient location and has a beautiful view of Marina Bay and Marina Bay Sands evening light show. The rooms are very comfortable and we are happy just staying in and just not get out!
Watch the Light and Water Show at Marina Bay Sounds whilst sipping a glass of champagne from the comfort of the Fullerton Bay rooftop bar. Stayed at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for 3 nights on our way home from Europe to relax and refresh and it did not disappoint. Rooms are spacious and decadent and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Only had 2 slight criticisms, 1 - the drink prices are very steep and 2 - the "happy hour" cocktails never change and there are only 3 of them which are all very similar. After 3 days the choice is a bit same same. Would recommend that they change it up a bit and offer some variety.
This is a great hotel with excellent rooms and service. All the good points have been mentioned by fellow guests as per the below so no need to repeat but the friendliness and the attitude of staff is first rate. Only let downs are housekeeping who struggling a bit with our room (not quite spotless), concierge not fully being awake or nearby surroundings (finding nappies for a baby), and a few things being lost in translation during our stay. Despite a few issues, the GM is first rate and is managing a great hotel. I rarely give 4 stars (hardly ever given a 5) so this is a great hotel in my book.
We stayed at the Fullerton Bay on 5/27/18 during a 24 layover in Singapore on our way to Bali. We arrived at the hotel about 830am and knew our room would probably not be ready. We advised the staff that we would be leaving early the next morning for our flight. The staff realized that we would miss out on our breakfast due to an early flight the next morning and immediately gave us the breakfast that morning without us asking. The hotel also stored our luggage which allowed us to start exploring the city immediately after breakfast and had our luggage in our room when we returned. We had booked a room with a bay view and the room an view was amazing. The room gave us a great view of the light show on the bsy without us having to leave our air conditioned room. The hotel also provided a cell phone that can be taken with you around town to make calls and use google maps to help you get around town. The phone included calls to the U.S. however we did not use this function as we used skype. The room was emaculate and the service we recieved was top notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
The rooms and common areas are well appointed and comfortable. But the service was consistently sub-par. It consistently took multiple requests to get anything done. I had to ask 3 times to get a new iPad for the broken one in my room. I asked what was open for lunch on Saturday. I was referred to the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. I went and it was closed for a reception. They then suggested the Chinese restaurant at the sister hotel Fullerton across the street. They assured me it would be open. I trekked across. It was closed for a wedding. No one holds the door open for you at the front door ever. Not once. At check out, I asked for my baggage from storage. No one brought it. They said the concierge was bringing out. I walked to concierge and he had no awareness of the request. No one helped at check out with loading the baggage into the car.
not my first time in SG but my first time here. Perfect couple of nights with a beautiful room overlooking the bay. Perfect service and great concierge. Strongly recommend it. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
Stayed in a premier room with a view (see photos) well worth paying for the view as get to see the light show at Marina Bay Sands from the room. Great food in the Brassiere for dinner and breakfast although quite $$$ for the dinner. Amazing beds and quiet rooms even on lower floors Pool area a great escape from the city in the afternoon with a good vibe and pool bar. Highly recommend.
WOW.. sheer opulence. We arrived late evening and walked into the most beautiful space. Exceptional reception staff, friendly and very helpful, our room was amazing, loved the balcony, lovely in the early evening for relaxing with a drink.
I had been to Amsterdam for business and arranged my wife to meet me in Singapore for four nights on the way home. I was born in Singapore in 1956 as my father was an officer in the Dutch merchant navy, and have fond memories of Clifford Pier and jumping on a bumboat with my father as he joined his ship in the Harbor for the day. I was very much looking forward to returning to Clifford Pier; and was not disappointed. We had a delightful four nights at the Fullerton Bay and will now not stay anywhere else in Singapore. The whole seven building Fullerton precinct is spectacular and is a credit to the entire team responsible for the modern development while retaining Singapore’s heritage. I won’t repeat the great comments already made by others here, suffice to say, the Fullerton Bay is one of the world’s leading 5 star hotels. If you come to Singapore and want to spoil yourself this is where you come. The view from the Lantern or the pool to the Marina Sands (which really caters for the masses) is spectacular. Special mention to Ida and Vijay who knew what coffee I wanted at breakfast and the housekeeping team who were magnificent. We look forward to returning.
