Booked Hotel Michael for three nights in Sentosa. It is just opposite to universal studio, a good location. During check in process, receptionist upgraded my room from Deluxe to Deluxe suite as non-smoking rooms were not available in deluxe category. Nothing to complaint much about my stay except an unpleasant smell in room cupboards. In order to access downtown area - you have to book uber/Grab or Hotel taxi service. For booking uber or grab, do mention your pick up point level-2 reception area otherwise it might create confusion.

The room was a good size with adequate amenities, bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom though unfortunately smelt of sewage, which was pretty awful. The coffee making counter was also poorly designed - my boyfriend had a nasty cut on his forehead after knocking into the edge of the counter top while getting up after closing the fridge located under the counter.

Cheap looking lobby, bad noise insulation, breakfast costs whopping $50 per person and choice of food is equivalent to a 3 star hotel, chefs are all mainland Chibese with bad manners, wow maximum charac

Room was fantastic, exceptional cleanliness and facilities were all in good working condition. The hotel has good customer services. The front desk was prompt and efficient in their services in checking us in, with friendly attitude making us feel welcome.

Don't stay here if you want a clean hotel. Worst housekeeping, terrible management. First impression is an unkempt lobby without a grand entrance, just a small sliding door and a ton of guest baggage (without any security). I couldn't even tell if I was in the right place. Actually the first impression was probably the smell...mildew, mold, generally gross, with cheap deodorant to try to cover it up. Get into the room. There is a visible sticky substance covering the desk, bathroom and room smells. They transfer us to another room, and that room also has a disgusting bathroom, with what appears to be feces in the shower, as well as garbage (rotten mushrooms?) on the floor. Transfer us to another room which had less of a smell, and less visible disgustingness, but still not great. Too tired to switch, but even so, found a lot of long hair (not ours) in the bathroom, stained carpets, random tortilla chips on the ground, etc. -- and this was after they assured us they had their quality team check out the room. Horrible hotel, horrible cleaners. Never stay here.

Book a 3 day 2 night package with the hotel. Overall, the hotel stay was fantastic. The facilities in the room was good except that the toilet bowl dont have a hose. The view from out hotel was great, we had a view of the Merlion. The staff at the hotel are friendly and dont treat us differently. We came in with backpacks and sandals. Will book this package again, if we are going for a staycation again as its near USS.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Inthu helped me with the check in and she was very nice. Was given a complimentary upgrade as they ran out of rooms with the bed size we requested for. As with most other hotels in rws, it was difficult to access the carpark and they only issued one parking coupon per night which means you basically cant drive your car out or youd have to pay alot for the parking. This i felt was pretty senseless. The one bedroom suite we got was huge and the bathroom was impressive. A tub with a screen and also a gd view by the side. The shampoo and shower/hand gels provided were really nice too. Bed was comfortable and huge and can comfortably sleep 2 adults with 2 young ones. Would highly hotel michael for those spending their time at sentosa/rws.

Booked two rooms via Booking.com for staycation. Arrived by personal car and was politely handled by the valet service. Checked in was a pleasant surprise, complimentary upgraded to a Suite! Thank you Fiona! Room was huge, clean and well layout for family. Free and easy connect wifi.Kids were extremely happy and wish we could stay a few days more. Thank you Hotel Michael.

Wow! Very overwhelming with your staff by the name Ithnu from front desk(I guess). She's been polite n well equipped with her profession. Another staff Willy, assisted us with warm hearted too. This is very positive vibes. Very pleased with the well appointed room. Made my children overjoyed. Hope the management compliment them well for their best effort. We will be looking forward to come again. Thank you, Hu Nir

We stayed at the corner suite for 2 nights. The suite is very spacious for 2 people and I was surprised there are 2 toilets which is a bonus! The king size bed is super comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, which is perfect. I am usually a light sleeper on hotel beds, but I was able to have deep sleep during my stay. There are 3 TVs, one in living room, one in bedroom and unexpectedly one in the bathroom. I was watching TV while taking a bath, it was awesome. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. The hotel provided us with complimentary Sentosa train passes for 3 days, the train is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient to go to other tourist areas in Sentosa as well as Vivocity.
