Una muy mala opción.

Es de lo PEOR, contraté una habitación triple y me colocaron en un pasillo, por donde pasaban los huespedes para ir a sus habitaciones. Es lamentable de que no me informaran en hoteles.com sobre las peculiaridades de este establecimiento.

Far form MRT about 10 minutes , Disappointed.

Poor hygiene, In room a lot of dusts and bad smells, Wrong type room on booking.

Near mrt and bus station

The uncle which is incharge on the 4th floor is not open for opinions or feedbacks from customers.. we weren't able to sleep well because the room smells like durian.. And about the shower rooms, maybe it's better if you put a note on the door of the shower stating that it is under repair or out of order.. Maybe your property will gain or attract more travellers if you maintain it properly.because as I have the notice the reception area is very tidy/clean and friendly atmosphere but the rooms are so disgusting. I am sorry for the word. We did not expect it. The total opposite of the pictures that are shown in expedia. I did not get my moneys worth. It is more like a 10 dollar per day accomodation.

worst hostel

Horrible hostel. Went to use the washroom and there was a rat running around, the sheets in the room had blood on them, you could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next door so you can't sleep (there was a baby crying all night and people's phones and alarms were going off all night), we were told there would be breakfast but there was none, the beds were disgusting. I complained in the morning and the manager has agreed to give me a refund via hotels.com.

이런 호텔은 리스트에서 빼야합니다. 청결도 최악이고 쓰레기통이 이보다는 깨끗하고 향기로울 겁니다. 불결하고 악취에 어둡고, 사진만 보고 예약하고 갔다가 기절하고, 나왔습니다, 취소도 안되고 돈만 날렸습니다. 사진에 현혹되지 않게 사진 내려주시고 이런호텔은 삭제해서 다른 피해자가 나오지 않도록 해주세요.

Absolute No No, unclean & stinking rooms

The room had a terrible stink, too small, smelly bathrooms, no facilities such as TV etc, highly cramped rooms. Hotel must do something and should not befool the tourists. Overall a terrible experience.

Mgkn kamarnya tergolong sempit namanya jg hostel utk Backpacker tapi Jika anda hanya butuh tempat untuk beristirahat dan menyimpan barang ini sangat membantu karena tempatnya sangat strategis dekat dengan MRT Lavender, sekaligus tempat makan enak, jalan kaki sebentar 5 menit bahkan dekat bandara saat mau pulang dengan barang-barang bisa pakai MRT, so SANGAT SAYA REKOMENDASIKAN krn kepraktisannya, bahkan bisa titip barang meski sudah cek out (dalam rangka penghematan)

VERY BAD !!

The hotel is JUST Dirty... it smelt terrible... the only good thing is the location.. the TV didnt work, the jaccuzzy was bad and it did not has a BBQ...

ITS INCREDIBLY DIRTY

Very bad... The place smells terrible!!! and it was all dirty... Beds hard and pillows made with something like sand inside.... The TV did not work on común area and the jacuzzi either... It does not has a BBQ... Not feel like a hostel vibe The only good thing it the location... Near the metro and bus stop But I would never come back... It's the worth place I have been...

โรงแรมเดินไม่ไกลจาก สถานีรถไฟ ที่ร้านอาหารเปิด 24 ชั่วโมง แต่มันมีเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในคืนแรกที่เราไปพักคือ เราลืม กุญแจไว้ในห้อง แน่นอนว่ามันเป็นความผิดของเราเอง แต่ที่โฮสเทลก็ควรจะมีคนดูแลตลอดเวลาหรือเปล่าว้า คือที่นี่หลัง 4 5 ทุ่มก็ไม่มีคนอยู่แล้ว พอเราโทรไปถามว่ามีกุญแจสำรองมั้ย คำตอบที่ได้คือ ไม่มี แล้วให้เราตอนเช้าถึงจะมีเจ้าหน้ามา สรุปคือเราคุยกันไม่รู้เรื่อง สุดท้าย เราก็กุญแจสำรอง พอใช้เสร็จเราก็เอาไปวางคืนที่เดิม แต่เรื่องไม่จบ เพราะวันที่เราเช็คเอ้าท์ เค้าบอกว่า กุญแจสำรองหายไป แต่หักฆ่ามัดจำเราไป 10 ดอลล่า นั่นไม่ใช่ประเด็น ถ้าคุณจะหักก็บอกมาตรงๆ ไม่ต้องอ้างว่ากุญแจหาย....

กลิ่นของห้องพักที่เกินจะทน

ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับที่รุนแรงมาก เตียงและปลอกหมอนมีคราบสกปรก รวมถึงเศษผมด้วย เปิดดูฟิลเตอร์แอร์ ฝุ่นหนามากๆ ต้องเอาออกมาล้างเอง เพราะทนไม่ไหวจริงๆ ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ดีที่อยู่แค่ชั้นสอง เตียงนุ่มสบายใช้ได้ครับ

ไม่ว่าทำเลที่ตั้งจะดีเพียงใด ราคาจะถูกน่าสนใจ แต่หากสภาพโรงแรมแย่ ก็ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเช้าพัก เข้าพัก3วัน พยายามใช้เวลาอยู่ที่โรงแรมให้น้อยที่สุด ห้องนอนมีกลิ่นอับ ผ้าปูที่นอนขาด นอนผลิกตัว ผ้าปูก็หลุดจากที่นอน หากความสูงเกิน170 cm.ไม่แนะนำเพราะเท้าเลยออกมานอกเตียง ช่วงเวลาที่ เข้าพักไม่มีการทำความสะอาด เก็บขยะในห้อง พักชั้น2 ห้องน้ำสกปรกมาก มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะ ห้องอาบน้ำบางห้อง ไม่มีสบู่ ทุกห้องไม่มีแชมพู ไม่มีอาหารเช้าบริการ มีกระติกน้ำร้อนวางไว้ ขึ้นไปดูชั้นบนสุดซึ่งอ้างว่ามีอ่างจากุซซี่ สกปรก โต๊ะ เก้าอี้วางระเกะระกะ ไม่มีจากุซซี่เหมือนในรูปโฆษณา ไม่ได้ถ่ายภาพโรงแรมไว้เลย เพราะไม่มีความ ประทับใจดีๆ ที่สมควรแก่การบันทึกภาพ

Its my first visit in singapore,this hostel is accesable in all transportation,affordable food in a nearby places and malls, the hostel is quite clean and comfortable.Im sure ill be back again to stay in mercury backpackers hostel!tnx for the experience!

Bad Experiance

Very Bad Experience for this hostel. 1. I booking from 3/6 to 6/6 and I land to Singapore is 2300pm and I go down to the hostel. No staff to helping check in service and lock the door and notice show is check in time from 0800 to 2245. So I need to extra pay for renting the hotel just next to that hostel and I check the hotel.com they don't special mention about the check in time. if they post out that check in time. I will not booking this hostel. 2. Check in on next morning at 0900 on 4/6/2016, we stay in 4th floor room 428 to 429 on that night. on 5/6/2016 I wake up I was found full of my body bite by bed bugs and I need to go to see the doctor. Again, when I check out on 5/6/2016 2130 No staff there and I need to wait a long time for check out. I will not suggest to anyone of you to stay here. please aware.

とにかく鉄道駅から近いのでどこにでも行けます。また、長距離バスターミナルにも近いので陸路での移動の方もオススメです。近くには地元の人が通うフードコートもあって美味しいし安いのでロケーションは完璧です！部屋は暗く、階段も上り下りするの大変。2つの部屋につき1つしか扉ないから6ベットルームでも多くて12人の人が行き来する形になるちょっと変わったホステル。受付の人はいい人でした。

Room reserved not available. Room we got just sprayed for bed bugs and chemicals too bad to stay. Had to switch hotels. Also blood on wall from squashed bed bugs. Hotels.com very helpful

one door for two rooms is a disturbance. others ok

travel facilities ok. nice place. one door for two rooms is not better. it is disturbe to north rooms. that is the main fault of this hostal
