It is a good location to central Singapore and a Metro station. The front desk people were very very helpful on giving directions and suggestions. Special kudos to Natasha and a fellow on the early morning desk and to the two ladies who worked the afternoon shift.

The place was clean, pretty central and provides exactly what mentions in its profile. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’d totally stay here again if I return to Singapore. Maybe next time I’d upgrade to a room with windows.

Room is good enough for solo traveller. Plus points: Good location-5min walk from Clarke Quay MRT Station. Room aircon is strong and you can adjust it too. Hotel and restaurant staff are nice and courteous. Tea and coffee in the room (but no mineral water bottle). Toothbrush provided, shampoo and body wash via dispenser. There's a safe and luggage rack too. Cons: En-suite bathroom is small. Ok for me but some may not like it as there is no separate partition for bathing, i.e. the whole floor and toilet bowl will be wet. No room slippers. No face towel, no hand soap, no hair conditioner. Overall, still a good place to stay if you are not fussy, prefer a central location and spend little time in the room.

We had a surprisingly comfortable stay in this hotel the staffs (Ezra, mde) really helpfull and accomodating. They gave us early checkin and helped us store our luggage for sometime after checkout. Had an awsome stay at ibis clarke quay.

Clarke Quay is amazing place - full of bars and restaurants and the hotel is ideally situated less than a 5 minute walk from the MRT. Once you get over how small the room is, you work round it as we did for 6 nights. All the staff were lovely - very accommodating, especially when we asked for extra tea bags when wandering in at 1am! Our room was on the 6th floor, right next to the pool - which was great in itself but maybe could do with some privacy film on the room windows as we were unable to open the curtains for some natural daylight! Location - perfect Staff - brilliant Room size - small! Overall - great value for money especially as it was Grand Prix weekend - which was also brilliant! As long as you take it for what it is, then it’s absolutely superb!

Stayed here for Singapore F1 2025. Location is convenient - just 10-12 minute walk to the race entrance, 4 minute walk to Clark Quay nightlife area, and 8 minute walk to MRT station in Chinatown. Room rate was on the high side because of race weekend but so were all the other hotels that were a reasonable distance to the race. Rooms were basic accomodations but that's all we wanted/needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in the future!

Great hotel, albeit with tiny rooms, and very close to Clarke Quay. Great staff. It’s a 20 minute walk from the yummy Satay Street (See photos)
