No tiene ascensor. Hay que cargar la maleta al 2o o 3r piso. Personal de recepciĆ³n es variable, algunos simpĆ”ticos y serviciales, otros no saludan y no prestan la menor ayuda (informaciĆ³n...). Limpio, cĆ©ntrico, habitaciones pequeƱas.

Muy bueno

El hotel esta en el barrio chino, muy cerca de la estacion del metro. La habitacion pequeƱa pero todo remodelado y por lo mismo que se encuentra en remodelacion el hotel huele a pintura, los pasillos estan en construccion. Lo unico malo es que no tiene elevador y nos toco subir maletas hasta el tercer piso

Room was in need of a refurbishment. Very old and threadbare bed sheets, dirty, old and tired furniture. Only good thing was the central Chinatown location and they gave you slippers so you didnā€™t have to put your feet directly on the filthy carpet. Relieved I only had one night before going to another hotel for my whole time in Singapore. No elevator and I requested a ground floor room on knowing this but was given third floor which was a struggle. A nice staff member did help me with my suitcase to go up thankfully.

Hands down, the worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Mould was from floor to ceiling, sheets didn't even cover the end of the bed, blood stains on the carpet and we were given the wrong configuration of beds. Would not recommend staying here.

The service was great. The building is in a fantastic location. The building itself and the appliances are a little beat up/old, but everything was clean and orderly. The room was cleaned once a day and everything reorganized.

Bad hotel i ever staied in

Try to avoid this hotel! We booked for five nights, and right at the entrance there was a terrible smell of mold. The smell was even worse in the hallway and in the rooms. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working and the bathroom was unusable because of a narrow gap between the toilet and the shower partition. The room we were given also had a terrible smell of mold. There was no hot water, the manager said we had to wait for the electricity to heat it up. There was mold in the shower, the safe didn't work properly, the TV didn't work, we had the receptionist fix it. The shower partition was broken and the electric kettle didn't work (at this point we had given up on them). Apart from the proximity to the MRT and the smiling staff, everything was bad. We left after two days instead of five. Of course, the hotel manager's poor service mentality didn't include the option of apologizing or offering a refund for the nights we didn't use. We "donated" 280 US dollars so they could continue to "serve" others with poor service. Don't fall into the trap!
