600 SGD for a triple room. room had been cleaned but underlying decor was stained and grimy. Shower head over the toilet in the same small space. Front desk wiring like a building site. 3 crooked wire hangers on a rail constituted the wardrobe. 2 * 3 pin sockets in the entire room plus one up near the ceiling for the television. On the positives, beds were comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. Bustling and vibrant location with great choice of restaraunts.

Terrible experience

Family stay. Very dirty room. Dirt and moulding inside the room. Aircon not working. Smelt terrible . Did not stay at the hotel for long. Worse hotel I ever stayed at. Been to hotels in 3rd world, they were 100 times better. Staff in front had no customer service skills

a 2 star hotel at best- photos are misleading

this is a 2 star hotel at best. the photos are misleading. had to change rooms as the first smelt mouldy and i am very sensitive to it. room needed a full refurbishment. hotels.com help line wasnt very helpful when i contacted them, so don’t expect much. ended up asking the receptionist lady (who was really lovely) to change rooms. she gave me 3 rooms to choose from which was very nice. picked one with a window which had been given a lick of paint a few times, it was much better as it had a window for airing the room. the area is noisy late at night and early morning as near market style shops. so way overpriced for the money.

Nous avons réservé pour 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel se trouve dans le quartier Little India, c’est très bruyant et sale. L’hôtel est d’une qualité très moyenne. Nous avions eu notre chambre, une fois rentré les cafards nous attendaient. Nous sommes retourné voir la réception, on nous a changé de chambre de suite. Le lendemain, je tombe encore sur des cafards et apparement c’est normal. L’hôtel est infesté de cafards. Nous sommes rentrés que pour dormir mais nous n’étions pas serein.
