Ocean Edge is a hidden paradise, minutes from all the action that both Maho and Simpson Bay offer. The unit was clean, very well equipped and the view ... just WOW! If you love sunsets, this unit will not disappoint. The pool is an awesome bonus, it to was clean and added an amazing touch. The bookig process was very easy, the owner's communication were clear and effective, as was check in and check out.

Host never meet us upon arrival. Said there was housekeeper for cleaning show up one. Didn’t clean front bedroom, bathroom there had urines and feces behind toilet seat. Found a cockroach in front bedroom and ants everywhere. Half the lights were burnt out. Not proper cooking utensils. One pan for oven. Last day my son went thru the wood deck around pool and almost broke his ankle. Cracked and chipped glassware. I could go one further but you get the message. Would like a partial refund

Easy check-in, check-out. Host is available any time with prompt replies and any questions. Owned paid a visit to say Hello and Thank You. Location is unbeatable and amenities cover all needs. Will continue to recommend to friends and will be back.

This unit has an absolutely stunning back deck and water view. The sound of the waves was exquisite and we never tired of it. It is the perfect location for watching boats and planes land and take off at SXM (the waves cut out the sound of the planes revving up). The proximity (easy walk if wanted) to the village of Moho and its amazing restaurants was a real treat. The unit itself was very clean and easy to keep tidy. We felt very secure and safe here and the community of Beacon Hill. In a heartbeat we would return.

Best Part of the Trip

The pictures don’t do this place justice—it’s breathtaking. The patio is the true star of the show, putting you right at the ‘Ocean’s Edge.’ John and Stacey were super accommodating throughout the booking process and my stay. The location is also really convenient, just minutes from the airport and a short 5-8 minute walk to popular spots in Maho (though I would recommend renting a car or hiring a personal driver if you plan to leave that area). The only downside was that we did come across some ants in the home, though I’m not sure if that’s a unit-specific issue or a building-wide thing. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Relax & enjoy!

If you are looking for a vacation of relaxation, this is your place! I just spent a week at Ocean’s Edge and will recommend to others. The condo itself is just as it was pictured- spacious, a beautiful view of the sunsets at night, comfortable sleeping arrangements and everything you need to enjoy your time. Very little noise from any other units on the property. You can’t beat the location with a quick walk into Maho or onto Simpson Bay. This was our 2nd trip staying on Beacon Hill road and we have always felt safe walking any time of day. We took advantage of the villa pre-stocking before our arrival, which meant we had a drink in hand to enjoy happy hour in the pool just 1 hour after landing. Only a 5 min taxi from the airport. The property manager Stacey was responsive before and during our stay for any needs we had. We also met the friendly owner John who lives above the condo & wanted to ensure we had everything we need & were enjoying our stay. Housekeeping did pop in during our stay to see if we needed anything refreshed as well.Mornings were spent reading before the sun hit the pool by noon. We packed our own pool floats & were glad we did as there was nothing on site. The condo did have 2 beach chairs for guest use but we ended up using the free beach chairs at Dinghy’s Beach Bar if you have more people. The only downfalls of this condo are the rules on music outside & no grill due to property rules. We did still listen to music by the pool but kept it quiet.

The Most Amazing Stay with Incredible Views

We had the most incredible experience at this property! The views were absolutely breathtaking—it felt like we were right in the ocean. The location was perfect as well—just a short 10min walk to great restaurants and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to Stacey, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by having birthday balloons waiting for us when we arrived. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sint Maarten!

Overall nice play to stay

Loved having private pool- would be nice if you can play music outside (considerately) and maybe a small grill would be a good addition. NOTE bedrooms get hot at night- bring a fan or plan to sleep with the door open. Had some issues with a/c but got resolved. We would rent again.

The property is amazing! We found ourselves really drawn to the outdoor space with a nice pool and fantastic view of the Caribbean. The interior is great as well; spacious and clean. The ONLY downside (if there was one) is that a lot of the light bulbs in the unit were burned out, something that can obviously be easily remedied. Beacon Hill is a nice little neighborhood and the location of the condo at the end of the street is very peaceful and relaxing. Do not hesitate to book Ocean Edge, you will not be disappointed!

Most beautiful property EVER!!

I was concerned that the reality would not live up to the pictures...it was even better. Words can't describe the view and set up of this place. Everything was perfect. The concierge Stacey and property manager Jon were so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend having a car and using Discount Car Rental. Thank you so much for a perfect week!!
