Great place. Perfect layout for our group of three. Everyone got their own bed and bathroom. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. Great location. 30 minutes or less to all the resorts we went to. Lots of grocerie stores and restaurants near by.

Very comfortable accomodations! If anyone doesn't do well with stairs, this probably isn't a good choice as all bedrooms are upstairs. Beautiful home!

This property is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked, great for family to have their own spaces/bathrooms and spend time together as well. Close to many restaurants as well as beautiful Lake Dillon. Very nice to have a garage, too. Entry and communication was super easy, but we never had any issues or needed to reach out during our stay. Would book again. Only thing to note is that it is close to a busy road. The bit of noise did not bother us. Appreciated having everything we needed to cook dinner a few times. Would recommend!

Nice property but…

Nice property, great location, but the condos are still being worked on. We had to contend with construction crews on our back patio and on ladders right outside. My wife and I literally woke up to a man on a ladder outside our second story bedroom window one morning. Completely unacceptable! This is info that should have been presented up front. Honestly, I would have chosen another place had I known. It’s a shame really because the place is great outside of that experience.

Modern decor done tastefully and can see why described as luxury as it truly is! Wrap around deck was very much appreciated. We talked to an owner in complex doing maintenance on trail. He and his wife recommended our favorite trail. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable and clean townhome. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen including a keurig and coffee maker, crock pot and tools to bake with. Nicely decorated, wasn’t cluttered. Outdoor chairs but no table. The bedrooms that face road are unfortunately noisy, since the townhome sits off of main road. Also means very close to restaurants and outlets.

We loved this property. Everything was clean and well organized. The location was minutes from any amenities you might need locally and within reasonable driving distance of many sights and trails. Perfect rental for an adventurous Colorado getaway!
